Great service! Excellent staff. We just had our son’s 3rd birthday party there. Manager Bryant was awesome and Ethan the party planner was super helpful. We had Sergio for our party host, he was very kind and patient. They all checked in on us frequently and went above and beyond. Wonderful experience.

I booked my sons birthday party here today and did it thinking it would be easy and stress free. Boy was I wrong!!! To begin we were seated and the table wasn’t even fully set up. We purchased the most expensive package and honestly it was a huge waste of money. About 30-45 min the pizzas started coming out. Two pizzas and we ordered 6. There were 20 hungry people. It took them over an hour for my guests to get fed. It took the staff over an hour to even bring us plates. I kept having to go back and forth and ask about our food. It was embarrassing. Then when came time to sing the birthday dance, the two staff members helping Chuck E were whispering to each other and laughing which was extremely rude. Our package also included goody bags and dip and dot ice cream which I had to remind them about after our two hour window ended. We waited over 30 min to spend our points because they were severely understaffed. It was honestly a joke and my family and I would never come here again. The staff has no training and don’t know what they’re doing at all.

Great place to take the kids for some fun when it’s too hot to be outside. The employees are very welcoming, tables and floor a well as games, restrooms and cashier/ prize counter are always clean, the food (pizza!) is delicious.. and it’s rarely crowded so you and the family will have plenty of time with all the games! Love it, can’t wait to go back!!

Under staffed. The plates for the salad bar are cheap and flimsy & salad itself was not fresh. Very disappointed $11.99 was totally not worth it. It took over 15mins to get someone to assist with redeeming tickets and another 5mins to leave. Won’t be returning anytime soon and no paper in the chuck e cheese car ride that takes your picture. Spent $167 for 2 adults and 3 kids total waste of money
