I liked this location because it was not too crowded at the time I went (between 1 and 4) The pizza came out pretty fast but it wasn’t as hot as I thought it would be. A fresh pizza should be piping hot right? I had to have them re heat the pizza. It was kind of disappointing that most of the toddler rides did not work. For the amount of money I spent there I wish everything was in working condition. I liked that I was able to put my own person table cloths on a few tables for the guests I invited for my daughter’s birthday. Customer service was good.

This Chuck E. Cheese is best described as…”okay”. The pizza tasted a bit stiff like cardboard, but it wasn’t the worst I’ve had. The tables were all so close together, so it was hard to not bump other parties when getting in and out of seats. In the past, Chuck E Cheeses had play areas for little ones. Now it is mostly an arcade, with a couple small moving electronic cars. This could benefit from a climbing area for the kids. Staff was mostly nice, but seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Overall, I wouldn’t personally host a party here, but maybe nice to take a kid to occasionally.

This Chuck E Cheese is the best one I’ve ever been to! Staff was cleaning the entire time I was there (about 4 hours). They even cleaned the soda nozzles! Very impressed with the service and care given to customers and facility!! I can’t wait to come back!

This Chuck E. Cheese is small, they don’t have the puppets singing or having the band. Chuck E. Cheese was way better when I was a kid. My child does not get to have the same experience with the large playground and the band. Luckily the cheese pizza is still the same and tastes great. I’m glad they check the numbers before people walk out to make sure it’s their own kid and not someone else’s child.

Chuck E Cheeses is definitely a place where a kid can be a kid. Recently held my daughters birthday party there. While she is only 6, one of her bucket list items was to be in the ticket blaster. In order to do the ticket blaster, you have to book a birthday party with reserved seating for at least 4 ppl so we did that as a family and she go to meet Chuck E and she got to do the ticket blaster. As you know, it’s a kid friendly restaurant and the focus is on quality of food but entertainment. Our kids pretty much just swallowed their food and went right on with gaming. I did not know this, but when you do a birthday party, it’s 90 minutes of play on the card, but you cannot PAUSE like with regular game cards to go eat and come back. I was a little surprised by that, but rules are rules. They have a good salad buffet should you not want pizza. With the pizza they have all kinds. Mushroom, pepperoni, or even just plain cheese. All in all it’s great for the kids. They have games where you can win tickets and then take the tickets to trade in for prizes. The kids love it. Gets a little addicting. They try to keep as clean as possible. One time I wore latex gloves and by the time 90 minutes was up. The gloves were pretty dirty so I definitely recommend you wash your hands right after.

It was our son’s birthday, and the experience was bad, from the beginning the girl who takes the orders, super rude, she did not understand what she was talking about, since she was mumbling, my husband had to ask her several times, what said? because she did not understand him.

I have never liked this place especially with kids getting out of hand. My kids love this place and are always looking forward to their tickets and prizes. Improvements have been done over time, but think they can do more. Pricing is expensive unless you have coupons and even then I think its not that much. Avoid coming here between 6:00pm and 7:00pm it is way too over crowded.

We booked for a birthday party, and the host that was helping us was beyond helpful. She was so kind and patient. This location is a little smaller than other locations, but this location is really clean. The only complaint is we ordered some fries and the amount you get is so little, less than a handful. But the food tasted good, The pizza was not greasy.
