We paid $70 for a large pepperoni pizza, cheese sticks, 3 drinks and a 45 min game card.

WORST experience ever. We took our 5 year old sister out for dinner for her birthday. She was so eager to enjoy her time at Chuck E. Cheese. Unfortunately, the service and food was the downfall of the experience. The salad bar was horrible, all of the fruit was rotten. The cantaloupe was rancid and had a horrible smell. We let an employee know and she could have cared less..didn’t even take the fruit out to save someone a stomach ache. The pizza was not cut all the way. We could literally pick up the pizza in its entirety. We let the employees know and asked if they could recut it, which they didn’t they handed us plastic knifes. Then had the audacity to come out and talk about us as we ate. Not surprised since 90% of their employees are teenagers who could care less. We didn’t even play games, we left to enjoy the rest of our night at Cinergy (family of 14 majority being kids, so they lost out big on money) Definitely our last time, nothing about this experience will make us try it again.

When we arrived we had to wait several minutes for someone to come to the counter which is not a big deal but with 2 toddlers ready to play, we had some crying and fit throwing going on while trying to order. We were excited since the Midland location is 3x the size of the Abilene one we have been to, but is the same where it is for older children (not toddlers). We found it difficult for them to play some games since our toddlers do not like the ride on ones. Just wish there were better games for them since their attention span is shorter. I know there are some games, but we wanted to try it and see if it was similar to ours at home. Anyways, my husband was not happy since we spent $100 dollars for the kiddos to scream and throw fits and for a large pizza. But, there were a few good times in the hour we were there. So, it was ok. But, when they get older, we will try again…

We went tonight I orded the sample plate it said it had wings, cheesy bread and fries I ask how many wings dose it come with bc my husband wanted some the lady said 5 or 6 it inly had 3 ‍♀️. So I said ok it also came with a pizza so I thought it would be enough for my lil family of 4.I had gotten my kids the 45 mins game card each It took 25 mins to get our food when it came we sat down and ate. So my daughter paused her card after she was done she un paused her card to finish her mins which was 20 mins she had left as soon as she starts playing they turn everything off . I asked the lady and she just smacked her lips and shrunked her shoulders. It’s upsetting bc there mins aren’t cheap they should of warned us the turned everything out at a certain time so that my daughter would not eaten and could of finished her game play. (I’m I wrong for thinking this way I mean it is $28 for 24 mins )

The kiddo loved it! Nice staff, and we went early enough in the morning that it wasn’t crowded. All of the games appeared to be in good working order and they had Dippin’ Dots!

It’s way cleaner inside since the remodel! Staff friendliness is still 50/50. They have deals during the summer that actually make it more affordable to go which is amazing!

It is ridiculously expensive for 1 adult and 2 kids to eat lunch and have up to one hour of play time for $94.00. PepsiCo is the main distributor for Dr.Pepper , but they don’t have Dr pepper !!! The toys they have aren’t worth this.

Not only have the prices on EVERYTHING gone up but the staff was not friendly nor helpful at all. When asked about the pricing they just said that’s what it is and would not explain why they failed to mention the almost $10 increase in price when promoting their stuffed crust pizza. Also they failed to mention that they do not sell any beverages within the final hour of being open. So $90 for 1 pizza and 4 drinks with play card seems RIDICULOUS. never again coming here.
