Chuck E Cheese has stepped up their game since I was a kid. Great games and pizza. I’m glad they offer an unlimited game playing card for the kids instead of playing each game. The small ones have no idea how to play some of the game(neither do I!) It’s a waste of money and tokens to pat for individual games. Being the family. Safe for parents to sit down and run around.

Kids, had great time, Wating for Chuck the mouse… no problem on the video games etc unfortunately no all the machines are working, were not too bad. However the bad part is when you have to wait and wait and wait to be help in the front register or at the moment to exchange the prizes… and the hostess actitud are not nice at all.

My family and I hadn’t been there in many years, we were pleasantly surprised by how awesome it was. The safety in place was great and put my mind at ease. The Bandera location was clean. Food wasn’t too great but let’s be real, we were there for the games anyway.

It was my toddlers first time here on June 30 and she enjoyed herself! Food was served quickly. What was really impressive was the service. The gentleman who took our order went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service during our exit. My daughter was super excited to open up her lollipop that she had bought with her tickets. During my struggle to open the tightly packaged lollipop it flew up in the air and to the ground. She was devastated and started having a meltdown. As I tried to calm her down, the gentleman who took our order came rushing with a new lollipop for her. It was a great way to end her first Chuck E. Cheese visit! He didn’t have to do it but he went out of his way to help put a smile on her face! Customer service like this is not common nowadays! Thank you sir!

Well this is great for the kids to play indoor it’s unlimited games for the amount of time you want to pay for. It can get expensive if you have 3 or more kids.

I’ve visited this location a couple times already. Went during the week when it’s less crowded. Easier to keep an eye on my little one. Each time was very good. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The food was really good. I recommend downloading the app for special offers on game play and combos. Some of the games were out of service but there were many others that it wasn’t noticable. The photo booths are my favorite. Capturing the memories with family. I will visit this location again.

Got the pizza and wings combo with an hour unlimited play card. It’s nice that you can play then pause while you eat then play until your time is up. Pizza was pretty good, little heavy on the rosemary seasonings. Wings were good. Alot of games were out of order. I think we’ll try and go when there’s less people, unsupervised kids would try and stand beside us while we scanned the card then push their way in to play the game and steal our son’s turn or balls or climb up on the machine so we couldn’t play. Not the businesses fault, but still not fun to deal with.

Gabby was fantastic! We went to celebrate our daughters 3rd Birthday & walked in with a sign reserved with our daughters name with balloons. We were able to get there 30 mins earlier to set up. Gabby went over our party package & gave us great suggestions and it was a smooth stress free party!! The manager did a great job ensuring the party was a success. I will definitely have my daughters party here again. A nice touch was Gabby labeled all the cups with everyone’s name & passed out pizza & cake. I’m 7 months pregnant and I’m so happy we chose Chuck E, Cheese. I didn’t have to lift a finger! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
