We had our daughter’s 6th birthday! She had a blast! We will definitely do again! My only complaint was the attendant we had was very talkative and sharing her personal issues that was going on. Was a bit awkward. And her chatting went into our daughter’s unlimited play time…she was talking and didn’t give us the band and cards til 10-15 mins into the party time.

I haven’t been to Chuck E Cheese since the early 90s so going there 2 weeks ago, I was very overwhelmed on the board on the wall obviously I am adult now with a 5 year old taking him and trying to figure out how everything works since token and tickets are not a thing anymore. Didn’t get much of anything, but we did unlimited. He loved it. We came back today and I guess the big bosses were there. Chuck E Cheese came out today and my son was sooo excited, since he didn’t come out the last time. He got soo excited seeing the count down on the tv. Once Chuck E came out he ran to him and even dance to the beach party song. His day was made.

We had THE BEST experience here tonight! We walked in right before a large storm hit and they were so accommodating and kind. The manager was anticipating a power outage and immediately got our pizzas in just in case, they came out so fast and right before the power went off!! She went above and beyond and completely out of her way to make sure everyone still had a great time despite a power outage and the scary storm outside. My son was celebrating his birthday and he said it was the best ever! Thank you so much for the hospitality and for going above and beyond for us! We will be back soon!!!

Great place for the kids. Just a little to crowded for them to actually play. Suggest the weekdays instead of the weekend. Pizza is also alright. Not the best but they doing a good job.
