My 5 kids are all in their 20’s & 30’s. I went to Chucky Cheese in Texarkana with my 2 year old grandson. I was dreading it having taken my kids there many times years ago. The animatronics rarely worked & the games were always broken, out of tickets or would take your tokens but not let you play. We were always waiting for an attendant. Just frustrating. I was SO happy to find out they did away with the animatronics & every single game or ride worked perfectly. The food was good too. We had a pepperoni pizza, some drinks & played a lot of games & rode every car ride. My grandson had a blast, & we did too. I was worried there would not be much for a 2 year old but there was. I LOVE the new loading card system to avoid the ticket issues. Brilliant. I loved the machine to check your balance for tickets as well as points. It helped me to see what everything cost. We were there for 3 hours of food & fun for the 3 of us for 40.00. I highly recommend Ice Man. Great game for a 2 year old. I do wish they would bring the irritating teenybopper music down a bit as even watching the screen was cringeworthy, but I realize it is not for me. I am surprised as anyone to say we are definitely going back to Chucky Cheese. It was a very fun night. The crew there on Wednesday Aug 23rd 2023 were so helpful & attentive. Great time was had by all 3 of us. I can not wait to come back & bring our grandsons parents. Thank you to the wonderful staff who was so diligently cleaning games & helping customers. & Thank you to whomever cooked our lovely pizza. It was also good. The soda machine was so clean it sparkled. See you again soon. Thanks again for a great night!

David was the best hostess he deserves a raise they decorated, had unlimited tickets. The kids had a blast! Extra tickets coming from every direction. The goody bags were worth it, <3 save the trouble! The kids pizza was stuffed crust and they remodeled! So still no coins but updated games and place.

Awesome place. The kids will have a blast. They have new decorations. They have moved stuff around and it all looks a lot better and it’s a lot more functional. The only thing that I have to complain about with this place is the fact that when you order an extra large pizza it is not that large. It is normally a medium size and do not try the unicorn churros. They are very bad. They taste like fried bread with sugar on it. Nothing special but the service is great and atmosphere is great. I think I like the time play a lot more than anything else because if you buy the points they run out fast and multiple people can play off a timed card. Just note you do have a certain amount of time before you can select another game to play

My kids loved this place. My only complaint is chuck e had a smell like blood and mucus. Mr. Munch was my favorite. Never did like that bird felt like it was always…thinking. yall have any security positions open particularly from 12 to 6 am?

Not too noisy or too busy. Great attention by staff for birthday party setup and service. Much better than other locations. Clean and not broken down.

Kids love the cards now with unlimited play for minutes instead of tokens. All New games since our last visit. I personally watched several kids leave with no one supervising the exit.
