Staff was extremely helpful and the pizza, while slow, surprised me with how tasty it was. Kids had a lot of fun. The only big downside was the atmosphere was lacking, but that was probably just because it was a slow night when we went

I went to this Chuck E. Cheese with a group of kids for a special event. The place was very crowded and noisy, and it was hard to keep an eye on them. The arcade games were fun and varied, but some of them were broken or out of order. The kids enjoyed the interactive show with Chuck E. Cheese and his friends, and they got some free goodies as well. The pizza was disappointing, though. It was low quality and bland, and the crust was soggy. The salad bar was not very fresh either. The service was friendly but slow, and we had to wait a long time for our food and drinks. Chuck E. Cheese has a lot of entertainment for kids, but the food and environment are not very appealing.

A/C must have been broken. Way too expensive for everyone. I bought the shortest play time card. a 30 minute play “token” card and small drink while with a birthday party group. $23 just for me. I didn’t even order food! Not going back, big rip off! Workers don’t seem to care much about the birthday experience.

Chuck E Cheese has stepped up their game from the age old memory from the 90’s. Food is better than some grocery store comparables.

During these turbulent times this business has followed all the required measures to ensure the public’s safety! The facility was well kept and clean. Staff was friendly and the pizza was good. Only half the games were allowed to be operational, so we were extremely limited! No salad bar, but, I want surprised!

My family and I recently moved here from Washington. We were invited to our nephew’s second birthday 🙂 our son is only 1.5 so we like to get the boys together when we can. Anyway, the place is kind of small; and a few of the machines weren’t working but there were no signs of broken machines. If you have toddlers, there isn’t much to do. Where I’m from Chuck E Cheese was much friendlier towards children of all ages and had a dedicated toddler section. The only other issue is that we expected 5 kids in total so the party pack came with 4 game cards for the kids and a birthday wristband, great; well it was busy (Saturday) and people were hogging machines, and with the two babies; after 2 hours we decided it was time to go home. We tried to consolidate our “tokens” to 1 card instead of 4 and the lady at the counter straight up looked confused, and kept telling us she couldn’t do that UNLESS we cashed in some of our tickets. So we cashed a few tickets and she apparently didn’t understand what we were saying still. We ended up going to the employee that hosted our party and he did exactly what we wanted with no troubles. His name is Jose. He was wonderful throughout the entire party, explained everything, answered every question, made sure to check back in on us, and treated our birthday boy like he was special. Thanks, Jose! Honestly, we’ll still go back, just disappointed in the size of the place and the lady behind the counter.

So I’m bringing my child back remembering what it was 20 years ago when I was last there. The pizza HAS CHANGED. Not the same as i remember or maybe my palate has sophisticated . But everything else is the same quality or better than I remember
