We were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and atmosphere in this location. A couple of the employees were super friendly and helpful, a couple not so much. We spent 2 hours in there with our girls and they still weren’t ready to leave. The prices aren’t cheap, but it is worth it to visit every now and again.

It was definitely more fun for the kids when the stage was there, now the space feels empty. The pizza is good, but the salad bar was below par. Not a good variety. Too small and missing items that make it worth it for a parent to order it. So much for a diet, next time will eat at home first.

The Rockford, Illinois location was extremely clean and the staff was very friendly. We traveled nearly 2 hours after my boys found a video of this location on YouTube. The main draw for them was the animatronic band. Would recommend.

This was our first time visiting this location and it was very clean, the employees in the front were nice and helpful. They all have great customer service. We loved they have a variety of games and spacious area for birthday celebrations. There is a giant digital screen for the dancing birthday party time that allows all kids to stand and dance/ play all together. Great place. The front doors are inside the mall and there is not one door for public entrance facing outside. Other than that, we recommend it.
