My daughter had an amazing time here for her birthday! The location is beautiful and very clean. Everyone working there was nice and accommodating! They young lady Kristen at the front desk deserves a raise or something! She was running around doing everything, including being Chuck E! And did it all with a smile! That makes all the difference when you’re short staffed!

My host Nemo was so helpful and polite. The Manger Ms. Stephanie was very professional and exceed my expectations. My son had his 3rd birthday party and we really enjoyed our experience it was stuff for all my guest to do ages ranged from 1 to 18.Thank you guys!

It’s pretty expensive. It’s nearly $20 per child for only 30 minutes. As for the food, the pizza was pretty good, the wings however were extremely small and quite tasteless. When we were about to leave there were other people waiting to cash their points/tickets for prizes and nobody came by. The man who was the manager had a unfriendly demeanor in my opinion. Overall, expensive, short amount playtime/experience/unfriendly/not worth it!

Highly recommend!! Everything was clean, in fact, there were several people walking around cleaning and checking game machines throughout our visit. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The “all you can play” option was a game changer. So much easier than trying to keep track of credits and explain to toddlers how many they have left….time makes so much more sense.

We used to take out teenagers to Chuckie cheese every year for a treat we have five children so it’s not something we can afford often when we went back today with my 2 year old I was shocked cost us 200$ for 1 pizza 4 drinks and for 4 people to play for an hour that flew by we thought this would be at least a few hours for that much the person who helped us took advantage of us not understanding the new ways up sold us to the wrist bands without our knowledge there were other options added several things to our order we didn’t ask for it was ridiculous we will NOT be in any rush to go back anytime in the near future!!! The entire thing is really like one big scam we basically spent 200$ for a 5$ prize and that was winning 4,080 tickets unreal when you think about it all you can noe walk in there and buy 1 ticket for 1 cent so fo the math. We had to ask for Chuckie Cheese to come out just was not impressed for that being out one special day of the year!!!!
