Just took the girls to Chuck E. Cheese! Emily was absolutely awesome! Not only was she the great American cotton candy maker but she also provided top notch customer service! She was engaging and attentive to the girls, especially when it was time to redeem tickets! A small part of me misses the ticket muncher! But not much!

Salad choices were ample and fresh. Pizza was exactly as expected. We got a personal pizza, a trip to the salad bar, 2 fountain drinks, a wristband game activator, and 45 minutes of play for about $54. Now, the wristband stopped working (time’s up notification) at the 38 minute mark, so inquired with the manager who remedied the situation to our satisfaction. After 45 minutes of play, however, my son only received 118 points (equivalent to tickets) so he could only redeem them for a Tootsie Roll and small plastic top. That was 115 points. Seems like when the tickets were given out, it was a better system to get a few small toys and a bag of cotton candy.

Big shout if to Chucky Cheese in Murfreesboro today. There was a little girl that was disabled and didn’t understand why other kids got the special treatment in the birthday section. All she wanted was Chucky to come out and sing Happy Birthday to her and the crew in Murfreesboro made that happen. It’s kindness like this that makes me happy to spend money at establishments like this. Kindness matters! Good job Murfreesboro for recognizing not ever parent can afford the birthday packages and that some children with disabilities who dont understand how much this meant! This touched our whole birthday crew to watch this and this little girl was so happy! Brought me to tears to witness things we take for granted every day.

Manager Chris was very rude to my Wife and had me removed from the establishment by mall security when we requested Chuck e to come out so the special needs child whose birthday party we were attending could see him. He was very unprofessional, belligerent and disrespectful to me and our whole party. I asked if i could get refunded the 81$ that i had just paid for my meal and he told me that he just works there.Thanks to Chris for ruining a 10 year old special needs child’s birthday party. Zero stars, we will never come back here again!

REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE, I would give zero stars if it was a option it was my friends birthday party and we were yelled at the second we got there by what the youngsters call a “karen”. We were just trying to enjoy a pizza but we’re yelled at. PLEASE DONT EVER COME HERE
