We had a good time together at Chuck E Cheese. Good pizza, fun for the kids. The prices are kind of high, but it’s fun for an every now and again trip. Parking is plenty and the staff are courteous. The pizza is tasty by the way. The games are mainly for little kids, but you will see some classics for adults like ski ball. So it really is a good time for all. You will probably spend about an hour here and then to will be ready to go. I’ll be back again.

Had a birthday party here, a great experience. The staff planned everything and set up our whole party area. Seamless from start to finish, and kids and parents alike had a great time. It was very hot and rainy that day, so it was the perfect spot for a party that day. Definitely recommend!

Pizza was good, salad bar was good but several options empty and the lady that took our order was pleasant and helpful. Brought my 4 year old niece and found several games not working. Several ski ball lanes missing balls, the car sketch ride not sketching, one shooting game played by itself, and the little air hockey table that I was most excited about was missing a paddle and had no puck. I also found it difficult to play 2 player using the card system. Overall, she had a good time, we have some leftovers but I’ll be looking for something else for a fun afternoon. No, I did not share my comments with staff, no one seemed particularly interested in the customers.

I’m really sad they changed their pizza. Not as good. Kid friendly. Order wings and they came out cold sent back came back burnt. Now on to the game paid 24 kid for hour play you spend most of your time scanning your card. Total cost 103 pizza included for 4 . Not rush to go back,

The lady at the front desk was not the nicest her mood was just rush and cold. She was still friendly just not during the whole interaction. While we plan to go during the slow time on a weekday early to avoid crowds. During out time looking at the food and buying our play time we felt rushed as well as when picking out our prizes. They have a few tokin games that you scan and it drops a token to play however some of them require more tokens for the bonus and you cant get them it was so hard to just get one out of them scaned card 4 times or more on most even when you go slow and wait it was irritating. The food was hot and fresh. It feels like its missing something and a hand full of games didnt work We considered driving to murfreesboro since the still have the animatronics. However that is about a hour and a half where this location is only about 45 min. Overall we had some fun and got prizes my birthday boy had to sit with or be held for most of the games but we used the most of our 1hr unlimited play.

It was honestly awful. Do anything else with your kids for their birthday. The staff was rude and totally unhelpful. The shift manager walked up and agreed that everything was expensive/terrible and then just wondered off. For the Nashville area there are much better options.

I took my grandson here and paid $80.00 to have some fun and a lot of the games didn’t work and the ones that did work did not give him the points he earned on the games. I will not return because none of the employees cared!

Clean and the staff were great, but most of the games were broken in one way or another – water games weren’t registering shots and were warning about low water levels, all of the shooting games had something wrong with at least one gun – missing buttons, sights didn’t track, triggers/buttons not working. Kind of a let down since you pay for the tokens and then can’t actually play the games. Hopefully this is temporary as it was not like this when I visited several months ago.

Took my son there last week! He had good time but the food is so expensive for a kid place. $16 for a pizza only, not including toppings yet and you have to pay extra $2 more for each topping. And more than $15 for like 7-8 chicken wings and literally they are super tiny. I paid more than $50 for a small pizza and few wings. Ridiculous!
