Not to bad, some of the staff is very nice and some just look annoyed all the time. 30% of the games were out of order. The location seemed clean and the kids enjoyed themselves.

Most of the games do not work and very traumatic for kids. Their responses to the reviews are a bunch of lies they say they fix things but they do not. Asked for tokens back that the games took and they said they would fix it but they just took more tokens away

Usually love, went 2 days ago, there was trash all over the floor and half the games were broken as well as ticket machines. Seriously disappointed. In their defense it was spring break. Also spring break happens every year.

I would give 0 if it was a option. The manager here is rude they act like your the one in the wrong when the games they have don’t work and you ask for assistance. We pay full price for a party and yet don’t get the tickets that the machine is saying your getting. With the amount of money they charge maybe they should invest it in customer service training.
