My first visit here was fine minus an issue with some attitude and an incorrect order with service upon our leaving. I spoke to the gm mgr about some discrepancies and she went above and beyond to see to it that our first impression with this C.C would not be a lasting one.

It is a family friendly place, but be prepared to spend a pretty penny for food and the arcade. The food was alright, but I would have rather it been more high quality for the price, but it was just something to eat. The arcade machines are close together so if there are a lot of people it can feel smaller. Though I was a fan of the jungle gym, that is no longer there, the dance floor is pretty cool. It lights up where you stand on it. The lady who took care of us up front was very kind and the pizza took about 15-20 minutes to get to us, so the service was good. The seating is a bit hard so if you are planning on sitting and watching kids, bring a cushion so your buns don’t get too sore. In my personal opinion I would only come if someone else invited me, but I’m not sure if I’d go for myself or my kids if no one else was there.

My children had an absolute blast here. Only thing I was upset with was 3 kid rides were down and we had very few to work with. But it didn’t bother my kids at all. They loveddd the carousel they got to ride on and they liked the games they had for their age. The place was kept clean and the staff were very nice. My kids earned only 38 points at the end and you guys added an additional 500 points for them to be able to get some things for their prizes. That made them extremely happy considering they’re only 2 & 3 years old. I definitely would come back to this place!

I’m gluten free so I couldn’t have the pizza and cannot rate that. It also was 10 in the morning so I didn’t really want a salad. Everything else was great! Was impressed by the service, cleanliness and ease of the party!

They really need more staff and the staff they do have needs to stay in their designated work areas! People would be waiting at the door to have their hands stamped, people were standing at the counter waiting to order and no one was there, because the girl kept dissappearing. Towards the end of our visit, 1 poor employee was going from the order taking, running over to let families in, and over to help children get their prizes, he was trying his best and very polite during a crazy time!

This was a bittersweet trip for me as I haven’t been here in over 15 years. The actual area with games and rides is significantly smaller now which is a bummer. Most of the building seems dedicated to a large party seating area with a small light up dance floor towards the back. They also removed almost all of the old games I remembered as well as the jungle gym to my dismay. The food is pretty expensive for the average quality but I will say the pizza wasn’t bad at all. The staff however was very friendly and helpful, they even had a surprise appearance from Chuck E. Cheese himself waving to the kids. Alas I do have to say I was very disappointed in the games and that section as a whole. I wanted to give my daughter the experience my dad gave me when he brought me there in the early 2000s and I want take able to do so. A lot of the games were not even in working condition and others didn’t work properly but still accepted your payment. The games that did work just didn’t seem too fun or paid out barely any tickets at all. The hand full of old machines from before the renovations were a trip to play but even they were failing. I’m thankful I was able to at least play some ski-ball like I did as a kid and I would call that a saving grace for the review but unfortunately only 2/4 were working properly. I should also mention that they do still have the old sketch photo booth ride too, that was a genuine relief to see it still working. I took that opportunity to create some memories with my family and get a picture for a souvenir like I remember fondly from my childhood. The coins and literal paper tickets are gone now too but that’s not necessarily a negative, more of a nostalgia thing. The new point/ticket/coin system is identical to Dave & Busters where it’s all on a card significantly more efficient even though I’ll miss searching for lost coins under the machines. As for the very end of the visit the ticket cash out and prize picking, well…. that was severely lacking too. The selection of prizes is horrible and the ticket amounts needed to get anything “good” is insane especially compared to how awful the payout is on the games. Half of the items on the prize wall had real dollar price tags and weren’t even earn-able with tickets (points) at all. It’s pretty straightforward that they want you to spend a lot of money or just flat buy something off the wall. In conclusion, this is certainly not the place I used to come as a kid with my dad but change is inevitable these days. The staff, the pizza, the photo booth, and the 2 working ski-ball machines were the only positives. I’m not saying I won’t be returning but if the only things worth coming here for are a few friendly staff members, some pizza, and a sub some old barely working games from the 2000s then I’m probably going to pass. All in all, I’d give it a 3/10. I wouldn’t really recommend coming to this particular restaurant.

First time I have been to Chuck E Cheese in 15 years. I reserved my daughters 5th birthday party there and did the Ultimate package which was $30.99 per child and totally worth it.

I went here one evening with a friend and his three kids, ages 2, 5, and 9. They had a great time and got some prizes with their points. They don’t use coins and tickets anymore for arcade games. It’s all digital on a swipe card. We didn’t get any food so I can’t speak for that. One thing different about modern-day Chuck E Cheese’s is there is no jungle gym or ball pit. The pandemic probably precipitated this. But honestly it’s probably for the best given how germy those things are. A good indoor activity for parents to do with their kids, especially in winter or bad weather. It burns up some of their pent-up energy.

I haven’t been to this specific Chuck E Cheese in about 7 years and it has changed a lot. Their pizza tastes a lot better than it used to. They took out the stage and their climb tower (or whatever it’s called). They added a small lighted dance floor and several flat screen TVs circled above that area. There they will have music videos by a children’s group playing and announcements for those who are there for any of the birthday parties that are booked, as I was. Where the stage was they now have individual silhouettes of the characters in the original Chuck E Cheese “band.” The servers of the party seemed very attentive, nice, and polite. They still have the arcade and prizes area for the points you received for playing. All in all, the kids enjoyed themselves.
