We drove 1.5 hrs from Mass and it was worth the trip. The only complaint I have is that I wish the food came out faster BUT the pizza and wings were delicious! My kids had an incredible experience. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. My 4 yr old daughter loved playing on the digital fish floor and dancing.

The food is always over cooked and overpriced. The staff is filled with kids who don’t know or care what they are doing. This place is nothing special. The 5¢ pinata prizes are also ridiculously cheap. The games keep breaking down and aren’t labeled as broken. You waste time and points realizing they’re broken. We are not a fan of this place.

Went to get some pizza and play a few games. Even though they were short staffed the staff who were there were friendly and efficient. Pizza is really good with their garlic crust and we found a coupon for free cheesy bread! We will definitely be back to play and grab some food. Although we didn’t get prizes they are normal running the milk arcade prizes which is always fun for kids.

Took my grandsons ages 8 and 4. Had not been there in over 35 years when I took their mom! They had an awesome time, they are used to going there. Pizza is still great. Staff was phenomenal, each one. The prices though stunned me and I felt that it was expensive. But the kids loved it and that’s what matters most.

Best Chuck E Cheese I’ve been to with my family. We’ve been to many Chuck E Cheeses in different states and this one is by far the best one! It’s clean and well maintained. The pizza was delicious and the salad bar was well kept. It’s the first time we try the salad bar as the other places we’re not very appetizing. Staff is friendly, courteous and constantly sanitizing(covid) and checking that the games/rides are clean and working. It’s the first Chuck E Cheese where I see all the Alley Rollers working and all have the same amount of balls in each alley. It was definitely worth the 2.5 hours drive for my kids to have fun there.

Definitely a kid’s arcade venue. Good place for a birthday party and my son said the pizza and chicken were better than he anticipated.

While my 5 year old Grandson loved it, I was pretty disappointed how you get your food. They put a bunch of ordered, prepared food in a window for you to pick up. When I went to pick our food up, there were a couple of children there picking up their food for their table also. They literally touched every single thing in the window- our items amongst theirs. Post COVID-19, you’d think the Chuck E. Cheese staff would do better? When I searched for staff to address this- no one. Literally the staff could not have made themselves any more unavailable. Even when trying to check out with my Grandson’s coupons, to even leaving the store, we had to wait for someone to let us leave, and prove he was my Grandson- because the staff that took our order never stamped our hands upon arrival. With all the waiting around- added at least 40 minutes to the time we were there. $54 for a med pizza, 2 med drinks, and a 45 min play card for my Grandson. I can honestly say we won’t be back. I’d rather take him to Via Port arcade, the trampoline park, or anywhere else for that matter.

Brought my kids here for a supervised visit. 🙂 I dealt with some lovely people who made sure I knew me and my kids were safe and protected. I have had bad experiences here but I was so thankful that these people were here.. they were kind, and helpful!!! Very professional and I just cannot thank them enough. I genuinely felt so safe here and will definitely be back again. Great pizza too!!! Just wish the salad bar was labeled!!! But I would give a 10/10!!!!
