My kids loved this location because all the 5 animatronics are on the stage! All moving! Other locations don’t have it anymore. It’s worth the travel (from Quincy). Also, the place is super clean. Staff are friendly and approachable. Love the pizza! We will be back for sure!

As a single father I was encouraged to take my 2 year old daughter for a night out. After $83. Dollars we got one large pizza cut into 24 small slices. Some mushy French fries and chicken nuggets sold as boneless chicken wings. Plus one hour of play. Yet for a two year old, play consisted of the carousel and Photo Booth. When I mentioned the food to the lady she accused me of having it for too long. As if non fully cooked fries would make a difference. I’ll never support this business.

Fun little place for kids ! My kids (age 1 & 4) had a blast. We purchased cards with time on them so they could play unlimited games for a certain amount of time which was very nice! Staff was very friendly and patient with my 4 year old as she was picking awards when we were ready to leave

I shared the experience with my grandchildren. We had a good time. The kids just naively enjoyed the rides, but I saw realities that I didn’t like. The staff were lazy and confused. Some of the signs were inadequate, absent or misleading. Many of the games were froze, malfunctioning or broken. The stage was nice but the characters weren’t synchronized with the songs. The private back room wasn’t properly secured, so some kids would go inside which maybe risky or even dangerous for them. The management wasn’t clear about the pricing and did some tricks to generate more sales at the expense of the trusting public.

The idea is great. Kids have a fun time. But I didn’t like a lot of stuff. Many of the games didn’t work or will breakdown during the game, taking away from the fun. The staff are lazy and unavailable. Things didn’t have proper signs. There are surprising charges when kids take from a tricky placed ice cream box that looks free. The characters don’t work properly during the song. The worst part for me: the staff are not friendly or helpful.

A very clean environment for the little ones to play. Filled with arcade games and small rides for various ages. The play pass is a fantastic deal that opts for time usage rather than paying for each game separately like some places.

My daughter loved it here the foods pretty good and the service isn’t bad they make sure you don’t just walk out with your kid which is good cause what if a stranger came in and tried to take them they do good work here

I only say 3 stars because of 3 things. Prices for food outrageous, you can’t pause time out to eat and the prizes for ticket amounts… C’mon….160 tickets and he got a lollipop.

Took my grandchildren there for the first time after taking my children years ago. The place is not so far downhill, i’d never go back.

Brought my daughter there to support her school’s fundraiser… Chucky Cheese was giving 20% of proceeds raised during the fundraiser back to her elementary school. Good cause, she had a blast, and it is definetly the most inexpensive arcade only.. 0.25/game vs. $1.00-$3.00 at other arcadesgh
