From the time I walked in the door until the time I walked out, I was greeted and treated like family. The staff was welcoming and actively taking care of all guests. Great management at this location. The manager Rashad also made us feel welcomed interacting with us making sure everything was going well and recommending those amazing churros after dinner. Awful. Second time I tried to have it delivered. An hour later, I had to call (because it was supposed to be here within 30 min per the app) and I was told that those in the restaurant got the attention first and even if our order came first. Then 1.20 minutes later, the food arrived, missing 3 meals and 3 meals were made incorrectly. I called the store, the person on the line said there was nothing we could do. He said, “well, I guess you could drive down here and order a new order”. Serious. This will not be a place I go to ever again.
