Pure trash! Bland meat and American cheddar? Who puts cheddar on a Philly? White American would be appropriate but not white cheddar. I threw my sandwich away after 4 bites. Onions were sour/bitter as well. Probably the worst “Philly” I’ve ever had in the whole country. Got my order wrong also. Don’t waist you’re time or money here

I was disappointed in my experience at this Christina’s Philly Steaks, the Philly Cheesesteak I ordered was so greasy, typically the meat in a Philly isn’t shredded. I’d say the meal was overpriced for how it tasted and the portion size. I’d rather eat at a Charlie’s Philly Cheesesteak location next time.

I had avoided trying this place because of the rating/comments, but I am so glad I gave it a chance today. Absolutely delicious, food was super hot and fresh. Loved the cheesy fries, sooo tasty mixed with their fry sauce. I was so super full, couldn’t finish my whole sandwich. My brother got the vegetable sandwich and he loved it. The only thing he wasn’t a fan of was his lemonade, but hes very particular about his lemonades haha. I will definitely be eating here every time I stop by the mall. Our server was very nice and helpful. Overall a great experience for us.

Zoey made the best chicken and Philly Cheesesteak subs for us! She packed it fat with meat and all the extras! Definitely worth the price! Very helpful and super nice to us.

I was pretty excited to see a new Philly place take on the reins after Charlie’s closed. I’m sad to report that this was absolutely awful! The steak is shredded so severely that it has a similar consistency to ground beef. The bread is left swimming at the bottom of a pool of grease and sopping wet when you pick it up. The flavor of the sandwich is salt and nothing else. There’s more sodium in this sandwich than one of those 10 pound salt bricks they give to horses. They charge an extra dollar for green peppers, onions, and mushrooms. I ended up buying a regular sub, fries, and a lemonade. The grand total for this trash was $20! Twenty!!! Dollaroos!!! Absolutely insane!! I wouldn’t eat here again if they gave it away for free!

Best philly steaks in Eugene. I tried a couple other places and they can’t compare. Mike should stick to his cold cuts! Even though the food is great and their special sauce is amazing the people who work there are what actually makes it the best. Always friendly always smiling and they give me reason to come to the mall.

I absolutely love this place! The crew are all very nice and were able to make great suggestions and all of my food was amazing. The supreme cheesesteak was juicy and tasted well seasoned, the fries were also well seasoned and crispy. And the cheesecake with the strawberry topping was delicious. 5/5, I’ll be back soon
