I ordered over the phone and she seemed fine over the phone. When we got the food home, all our sandwiches were smashed flat. The only food item that was decent was the jalapeno poppers and the kids liked the nuggets. I hope it gets better because we used to enjoy chow wagon.

Flies in my fries, and my SO got food poisoning. The staff seemed really anxious to get us out of there. The décor is a huge red flag too…I always feel so uncomfortable going in there.

I know I miss Wallace! The last few times going it seems to get worse. My order was wrong and my steak sandwich was mashed in a ball. I hate it but I won’t be going back. If it wasn’t so far I would’ve took it back. I know things change but no since in that.

Im giving two stars instead of one star only because the girl taking the orders was very nice. I got fried fish and my grandpa got a hamburger.. the fish was fried until it was hard and the taste was awful, the fries were even worse. I think they were dumped into cold grease, they were hard and absolutely no seasoning or salt.. maybe the worst fries I’ve ever had. Needless to say I won’t be coming back.

Not a bad price… food is ok… depending on who makes it, they really skimp on the fries, no joke, maybe 10 on each plate. Staff hit and miss, dont seem very happy to be working there at times. All in all, it’s not bad, but it’s not my first choice!
