1st time here. We had a lovely time out with friends. The atmosphere was more casual than I thought it was going to be. No linen table clothes like some of the pictures. That must have been a special occasion. We had paper napkins, which surprised my husband. The server was friendly. We started with grilled peach crostini. It was good it had bacon, ricotta cheese with a balsamic glaze. For dinner, my husband had the chicken piccata. He liked it. It came with mashed potatoes and asparagus. I had the crab cakes. They were 2 huge crab cakes at least 1 inch thick, fries, and broccoli. I couldn’t finish it but it was delicious. My friends had the seafood pasta and the beef short ribs. We ended with a blueberry crumble and white chocolate mousse. We all had a good time. This place is BYOB, so bring a couple bottles of wine if your a group and enjoy.

My husband and I came for Valentine’s Day dinner. They had a set menu for $75/person. The food was worth every penny. I started with cajun shrimp polenta bites, which were full of flavor. This should go on the regular menu! We both ordered a filet mignon steak, and it was cooked perfectly tender. The only thing I thought was bland was the whipped potato, but I saved the chive butter that came with the dinner rolls and boom – fixed. We finish our meal with the flour less chocolate cake – so rich and delicious! It’s BOYB, which was great.

With four companions, we enjoyed our brunch. We all enjoyed delicious lunches that included salad, French onion soup, omelettes, and eggs Benedict. A tiny, newly refurbished house with nice decor. It was quieter than some eateries, which I appreciated. Absolutely would come back to have dinner here in the future.

What an incredible restaurant! perfect experience for a date night. Their menu has a really unique flair, and everything on it—including the bread, the octopus (seen in the picture), the salmon, and the seafood pasta—was delicious. We’re absolutely coming back.

Went pretty early, only 2 customers were eating there. Host said we needed a reservation (we were not aware; be sure to get a res), so he said we had to eat outside… which was fine because it was a nice day! He did seem pretty annoyed though so I apologized for not having a res like 8 times because I feel horrible about being any sort of inconvenience at all, #anxiety lol. Staff in general seemed like did not want to be there and were pretty cold. Maybe they were just having a bad day. Crab dip was really good! Entrees did not have a lot of flavor. For the price, it fell short for me overall. Based on the service experience alone, I would not return.

The food was good which is why I’m giving 2 stars but the service was awful. We waited over an hour for our food (and it was not crowded). When our food finally came only 2 out of 3 of us got our meals. After 5 minutes of one member of our party not having his meal, we asked the waiter about it and he rudely responded that he’s not a food runner and he proceeded to called us disrespectful. Will definitely not be going back. This is not ok and made all of us feel awkward. Very disappointed in this place.

The food and service were fabulous!! The tables are a little crowded together and only one booth, which is why I rated Atmosphere as a four, but they offer lots of outdoor seating. If it wasn’t windy when we went, we would have been outside.

Went to Chow for my mother in law’s birthday dinner. Party of 8. Food was good. Took over an hour to come out. I got the lobster tail with crab over mashed potatoes. It was supposed to have hollandaise sauce on it and it came out with hot sauce drizzled around the plate. The cook was the one that came out to the table to apologize for the food being late. By the time the food came out I was so hungry I didn’t care what sauce was on the plate. We ordered a slice of chocolate desert to sing happy birthday and you’d think they would have just took that off the bill for our food coming out so late but they didn’t. We were one of the last people in the restaurant. I’d reconsider eating there again. I went there years ago when it was under different ownership and it was much better.

What a gem of a restaurant! Perfect date night experience. Their menu has a great different flare and it was definitely tasty from the bread, octopus (shown in picture), salmon & seafood pasta. We will definitely be back.
