We visited yesterday and had dinner. We ordered the dinner specials, chicken and vegetables, chicken egg rolls and shrimp and scallops. The chicken egg rolls are very good, so is the hot and sour soup. The price is reasonable and the service is great. We will visit again.

Do not eat here unless you want hairs in your food. First time we ordered the lomeien and there was along black hair tangles within the noodles. I never went back after that, i decided to give this place one more chance, as i was eating there was a black hair on the shrimp. Disgusting !! they did not even offer me a refund for that item or a partial discount. Definitely not going back AGAIN! EVER! Stay away from this place!

2 stars for the good service, clean environment and quick food delivery. However, the food was lacking in flavor like to they point it was tasteless. I thought it was just mine and then tasted my husband’s and realized it was both plates. We actually took the plates to-go and ate somewhere else. Presentation was nice and the egg rolls were good

Great food and prices. Service was excellent. We had sweet and sour chicken, general tso’s chicken, Mongolian beef, and chicken fried rice. Everything was very delicious. Will definitely come again.

The food was just okay. The pansit was very delicious but I feel with so many menu items it leaves many dishes to be lacking. Some dishes are awesome and a lot more are just okay. The soups lacked a lot of flavor.

Me and my family used to go here all the time. We decided to stop by today and get sweet and sour chicken and orange chicken. The food was very distasteful and ive never had this issue before. Both sweet and sour plates tasted completely different from each other. The saucing seeming like they came from two different places. The orange chicken was drench in sauce and still had no full flavor. One of my sisters loved her meal and voiced her experience, she herself tried our plates and said something was wrong. We communicated the issues and discrepancies to the waiter. The waiter cut us off and told us to talk to the owner. My sister spoke to the owner and her response was “no one else is complaining about my food”. The owner insisted my family was “sick” or “not that hungry” if we were that unsatisfied. I was fuming. What kind of response is that? I came up to the owner and told her that her response to our complaint was not appropriate. Her response to me is that no one else complained. She got frustrated and told us we should’ve told our waitress immediately … which we did multiple times – our waitress told us she only takes the food out to the tables and didnt want to hear our concerns. The least she couldve done was let management know the issues and or bring the manager to speak to us. None of us finished our plates leaving with 4 to go boxes. As I continued to talk to the owner the whole time she was not engaged in the conversation, looking away or looking down. She cut me off and told me she would discount one plate. I told her thats not what I was trying to get out of this. I explained to her im a big girl… I eat anything so there’s obviously an issue. I had to explain to her that a response of saying “no one else has an issue” is an inappropriate response. I responded saying “well arent we someone?” “We have an issue so why dont we address it and have a conversation about it.” I paid and left as It was inevitable they did not care. The service was beyond terrible and I cant even fathom the fact they would call us sick or just not hungry. Unfortunately, a party of 4 does not go to eat out because they “aren’t” hungry. The behavior and food was disgusting. It felt like I was in an episode of kitchen nightmares with the amount of dismissive customer service and immaculate denial.

I’m VERY picky when it comes to food quality and freshness. I tried this place for the 1st time and I was surprisingly & very impressed. I ordered the cashew chicken and shrimp spring rolls. The chicken, veggies, and even the cashews all tasted fresh. No weird old re-heated after taste. The spring rolls were stuffed with whole shrimps and crisped to perfection, not stale or soggy but perfectly crunchy. I’ve found my go-to whenever I’m craving Asian/Chinese cuisine. Kudos to all the cooks there, you all are doing an amazing job with the food. Keep it up ❤❤❤

I went for a late lunch at 3:05 pm at Chopsticks on 495 and Shary in Mission. We walked in and sat ourselves. I noticed the decor was pretty plain, I thought the neon beer signs were out of place, even more so because they were not turned on. Honestly, they actually looked like they didn’t even work. We received our menus and ordered tea. Good tea I have to say. The menu stated that the lunch specials end at Three and the dinner specials start at Three. Not much of a price difference between the two, we opted for the specials. I was with a long time friend, and He ordered the Shrimp and Cashews, I ordered the Chicken and Green beans. The special comes with choice of rice, soup, and an egg roll. He asked for hot and sour, I asked for egg drop, we both ordered fried rice. The soup came out first, then shortly after the food came out pretty quick, like it was already pre- made quick. The rice didn’t smell fresh, and I could tell it was not cooked to order like a good fried rice should be. I’m sure it was steamed rice with soy sauce stirred into it to give it the appearance of fried rice. Overall, I thought the food was lacking true Asian flavors. I tried my friend plate, he had ordered it spicy, and that’s all I really tasted was the Chile sauce that was used. I was disappointed to say the least, and won’t be going back. P.S. no fortune cookies either

We had the steamed dumplings to start. They were undercooked and flavorless. Then we shared a large plate of sweet and sour chicken. The amount of food was very generous, however quantity doesn’t impress if the quality is lacking. The chicken pieces were a lot of fat and skin. Our waitress was absent most of our time there other than when we gave her our order. Our drinks were never refilled. The ceiling in the restaurant is covered in years of dirt and grease. We will not return nor recommend this restaurant. They left us feeling disappointed.
