Ordered chicken chow mein and received a bland cabbage dish with no noodles or seasoning. Anyone who has ever ordered, seen or ate chow mein before knows this is not chow mein. Called to complain and they told us it is what it is. They also left out our drink order

Second time ordering, super friendly and helpful. Food got here faster than expected time given. Hot fresh and flavorful! Got hunan chicken and this is the only place that makes it spicy and tons of flavor. Veggies were crisp and plenty of chicken. Cooked perfectly! First time was great this time was even better.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I ordered and paid $10.49 for a quart of pork fried rice and got one of the little small, flat white containers. NO WAY IS THIS A QUART. I went back in immediately and he said they no longer sell the quart boxes and that is the large. This is a rip off because the container doesn’t hold a quart of anything. I feel cheated and will never go there again!!!

The spare ribs were really good. The curry shrimp had 4 shrimp in the pint container. For $10 I expected more. The beef and broccoli was also good but the portion was very little for $12

I will not order anything from here or recommend anyone for that matter. I ordered beef and broccoli with fried rice and shrimp egg foo young. I told them to steam the broccoli soft because it’s for children. When I received the order the broccoli was so hard it tasted like it wasn’t even cooked. Also there was no type of sauce on the beef and broccoli. The shrimp egg foo young was nothing but oil. The gravey was extremely salty I couldn’t even eat it if I wanted to. I paid $30.00 and it was a waste. I called and he actually said what do you want me to do about it. I wish I could get a refund. I paid cash. I wish I could give a no star because they don’t deserve 1 star.

If you’re a New Yorker looking for actual Chinese food, this is your spot. I’ve been looking for legit Chinese food since moving out of NY for years and am so happy I found Chopstix. The lo mein is actual lo mein (not pasta with weird orange sauce) and the General Tso’s chicken actually has some kick to it (like actual spice not just black pepper that southern wypipo think is spicy). Big fan of Chopstix. Will only be eating Chinese from here from now on. Ps I lived in Queens for a decade.

Decent chinese food but I think across the country they collective changed their portions to smaller boxes. Same prices tho!!!! . I should know I eat Chinese everywhere I go. I’m top ten percent chinese food reviewer. After Covid they try to save money.

I used to frequently order at chopstix and never really had anything wrong with my food. I went to Chopstix right when they opened to get me some chicken mei fun for lunch. When I arrived at home, ready to dig in I almost threw up when I took the first bite. I then smelled the food and holy f*. It smelled and tasted so bad. I’d assume that the chicken used to cook it, gone bad. This basically motivated me to look up their sanitary rating and at that time it was 85.5.
