Nice place, most of the food was good. Steaks seems to be charred on the outside, but done properly inside. I didn’t care for such a hard searing on my steak. Green beans were a bit too crisp for me. Chopped salad was very good. Try the goat cheese thingy, it’s really good. Creme brulee was good. For two people, paid 110$. A bit pricey but nice meal.

Hubby and I both ordered the black and bleu special with grilled shrimp. Absolutely delicious! And huge portions. I had enough leftover for lunch the next day. Fabulous drinks as well. Service was top notch as well. Forgot to take pictures but we will be back to fix that.

What’s not to LOVE about Chop’s Steak & Seafood? Upon our arrival, we noticed the outside lighting was a little on the dim side, so we actually thought it was CLOSED even though the OPEN sign was lit. We were greeted warmly by the hostess, and even though we didn’t have a reservation, we were seated by the manager immediately. The atmosphere was electric. Lots of energy and busyness but not noisy at all. Our waiter, Tres (pronounce Tray), was attentive, courteous, and very accommodating with our entree substitution request. My buddy and I started off with some cocktails (Blood Orange Bourbon Sours) and shared an appetizer plate of Spicy Beef Egg Rolls served with a ginger sauce and red pepper coulis. Unusual for steakhouse faire but a surprisingly tasty twist on chile flaked seared steak. For my main course, I decided on the Fennel Seared Mahi Mahi, and my buddy chose the Seafood Pasta (in Alfredo sauce instead of the crushed tomato sauce). All the sides were equally as delicious as the entrees and they were just the right temperature, too. The portions were more than adequate. We were so full that we took home leftovers and didn’t have room for dessert. We will have to return and make sure we leave plenty of room for the Crème Brulée, Classic Cheescake, Homemade Bread Pudding, Deep Dish Apple Pie, Chocolate Turtle Brownie, Assorted Ice Creams, Seasonal Berries, or maybe the Small Bite Trio for just $10.00. I would have to say that we had a WONDERFUL dining experience. This is a nice place for a first date, anniversary celebration, or even a business meeting like ours was. Great for every occasion. I highly recommend dining at this Fort Wayne treasure.

Our daughter took my husband and I out for our Christmas present this year. Reservations were easy to make and we were sat in a timely manner, server was awesome, my peach martini amazing and the food was out of this world good. Portions are generous (we took half the food home). Highly recommend Chops.

Very nice service and really appreciated our waitress she helped a lot with ordering. Only giving 4 stars bc the Mahi Mahi was a little bland but overall was very happy with my experience with a big group.

Stopped here met a couple friends for lunch during the week. The restaurant is located inside a strip mall, but once you walk through the doors you could never tell. We sat in the bar and the seats were cushioned and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions and knew the menu well. The men’s room was very clean.

The wine bar is a great place to have drinks! Straight-up martini and old fashioned are our favorites! The wine bar menu has excellent food choices as well.

This was absolutely the best meal. From the drinks, appetizer, entree to the dessert. The atmosphere was great. The waitress was knowledgeable and very pleasant. The owner and his wife both checked on us. There were 4 of us and we all had something different and all was phenomenal
