Bigger Than Barz
This place is an absolute horror. Order orange chicken and literally got orange chicken along with extra hard burnt fried rice. The taste is horrible. Honestly don’t know what to call this. Am embarrassed to asked for my money back. But they should not charge as much as they do. This was my first and last visit here. I know other places who charge less and the flavor is amazing. Only if they were in this area you guys would be out of business.

My wife’s family has been getting takeout from here for over 30 years. This is a no frills kind of place and we love it. The portions sizes are great and you get your money’s worth. We love their General Tso’s chicken (I’ve tried it had dozens of Chinese restaurants and theirs is the best I’ve ever had!), the almond chicken, steamed dumplings, and their gigantic egg rolls. They have a variety of bottled sodas to-go if you need drinks. They always throw in extra sauces and silverware. When it isn’t the peak lunch/dinner rush, the wait is almost always 15 minutes.

Service is terrible! This is the last time I am coming to this restaurant. Food is always pretty good however when a person says they didn’t get everything they ordered the woman proceeded to yell and say no 1 order no no no and then walks away and we were going to pay for the item they forgot to ring up. They do not care. Customer service doesn’t exist. It’s wayyyy too many restaurants of this cuisine to come here.

I’ve been eating here since a little girl, and have seen such a downgrade in their customer service and prices. I told the lady after charging me $31.45 for two egg rolls , dumplings, and chicken lomien that today will be my last time coming to Chop Suey Inn. They don’t care. Think wisely before going here it’s not worth it , its multiple things that have been going on with this restaurant and every time I try to go back and give them another chance they continue to mess up. But I’m done coming to this restaurant.
