If there was a negative rating for chopsticks they got it they don’t even get a one from me. The food was disgusting and wrong orders. I do not eat pork! My wife ordered vegetable dumpling. Made it clear to them. So what did they do gave me pork. If They can’t hear, they should have that look into. The french fries and the chicken wings tasted like used oil. Called back to complain got the so-called manager on name Darren or Daryl. The manager was rude and condescending would not let me speak kept interrupting me when I trying to explain to him what was wrong with his food. His excuse was we sell food this all the time and that maybe there is something wrong with my taste buds. (Almost got my car and drove down there to pay my personal visit after that last comment) Just because you sell food all the time every day for so-called 35 years doesn’t mean it’s good maybe it’s time you need a reboot. I told him be careful who you are talking to I’m a grown man. He said that he sells tons of his junk all the time no problem. He also said that he’s eats the chicken wings and french fries everyday, nobody eats chicken wings and French fries everyday. I told him I’ll bring the food back so he can taste it for himself. Just because you sell this blank doesn’t mean that it’s good. They are hundreds of Chinese restaurants in Suffolk county they mostly serve to minorities. So they think we need them NO they need us. Starting today it’s official, I will never patronize the Asian business in Long Island in New York anywhere ever again especially chopsticks on Deer Park avenue and I will encourage all my friends family and anyone that will listen to me to do the same.

The food is Good but would of been better if the order was correct when my wife called it in the lady repeated the order back to us and it was still wrong. What wasn’t Nice that when we called to let them know it was wrong she was really nasty for no reason and hung up the phone, witch means she knew they messed up this has happened on more then one Occasion. Best thing to do is pickup your own order and check it there…

The food itself is pretty good, eith my go-tos being the sweet & sour chicken and the shio ramen if they have it. The woman on the phone, though, when politely asked if they had something and they didn’t, was very rude and immediately hung up on me. When I’d politely told her that they got my order wrong(it wasn’t even a big issue, i just got the wrong sauce), she was nasty with me. I understand food service is stressful, but it is a job where people are expected to be courteous.

Everything is always hot, fresh, scrumptious and yummy good, as everything should be. My family of four always orders enough to last us for days on end, and the deliciousness of the food does not fade as the days pass. 10/10 would recommend.
