One person working watched him serve 5 people with same gloves on he cooking with, taking cash with and debit cards. I ordered fresh lemonade he poured it in the cup out of a can. He has tires stacked beside the building and old wore our tables and chairs to sit in. Don’t go here!!! Of course I didn’t eat the food so, no pics to share.

Horrible $12 for this steak and rice. Do not go here. There food is mediocre at best. The food is missing the eggs and everything else. What kinda hibachi just gives you rice and some steak shavings.

Today (1-24-2021) was my first time ordering food from Chop Chop. I love cooked sushi rolls so I ordered the shrimp tempura. We had to throw all three orders in the trash. This was partly my fault, as I didn’t realize there was crab salad in the roll. I hate crab salad. The store did offer to make a new order. I think I will stick to traditional Japanese restaurants for the sushi I am used to getting.

The food used to be good. I was a regular. My last two experiences have been horrible. The rice was hard both times . I ordered extra chicken. And got only a half of chicken breast. And my shrimp was burnt. I feel like I wasted my money. I won’t be returning. Good luck yall

Hubs and I wanted to try this place after passing it by a couple of weeks ago. We were kind of left, ehhh…..not super impressed. We definitely weren’t defeated with the food either. Make any sense? Okay, let’s get into it. We ordered the hibachi steak and shrimp with an order of beef egg rolls. I will say the egg rolls were small, but packed full of flavor with a wonderful spicy sauce on the side. The soup, which I think was egg drop & green onion soup was good. I think it could have been served with wontons, but it wasn’t bad without them. However, the steak was less than thrilling. The steak didn’t taste like steak………if you catch my drift..like less than edible with a weird texture. The shrimp was great and the rice was very tasty. The yum yum sauce and the Teryaki sauce were a nice complement to the food. However, the veggies were too much. I think they have too many different flavor profiles going on in the same dish. Anyways, the meal was just kind of lack luster. I was really hoping it would be great seeing as how the customer service was absolutely wonderful! The people working tonight were super nice and very helpful! So it isn’t lack of customer service, it is more like a food issue for us. Hubs said he would do the shrimp and rice again without the veggies and without the steak. I can agree to that. 3 stars could potentially be so much more!

If I could give 0 stars I would . Ordered the shrimp fried rice and added onions, literally the most horrible rice I have ever had in my life the shrimp in the rice was sour the shrimp must had not been stored correctly temperature wise because it’s no good . Not any seasoning at all I took one bite and spit the food out because it was no good . This was my first and last time at this shop it’s a NO for me. I’m completely disgusted by this experience

My husband and I frequent Chop Chop weekly! The owners are awesome people and the food is always fresh and abundant! Shrimp is cooked to perfection, rice is delicious as always and the serving size is more than one person can eat! Definitely a value for your money!
