I really was surprised by how much I enjoyed this place. The shrimp lo mein was tasty but the real hero is the smoothies. I could not believe how delicious my mango smoothie was. I will definitely be returning and recommending people to this place. Nice staff and excellent options.

I got the strawberry banana smoothie. It was really good. Also got the bbq chicken and Mac and cheese, WOW. It was so freaking good. I was hesitant as the sell by was in 2 days but it tasted really fresh even after being heated! Worker (I think was owner) was super nice and helpful and gave me free hummus! Great place for a quick and healthy lunch! I will be back!

Choose Fit Nutrition is seriously the best! The food tastes amazing and they have such a variety of recipes. I started by only doing 5 days, they I moved to 6 and now I am at 7. I am excited to eat these meals every day! I love how easy it is to track my macros as well. Well done Choose Fit Nutrition!

Me and my buddy discovered this place after hitting the gym and it blew my expectations out of the water. The food tasted amazing, the veggies tasted fresh and the smoothies were probably our favorite. I travel for work and this has to be one of the better meal prep places I’ve been to. They list calories and macros right on the top so it’s easy to see what you’re putting into your body. I wish I got the employees name who helped us as he was very nice, professional and helpful explaining the options and how the place worked. He worked Saturday June 3rd and was wearing a U of M hoodie. Definitely will be coming back for the food and it’s right down the parking lot from the gym so super convenient.

The customer service is amazing, the food quality, VARIETY and taste is amazing, the prices are very reasonable, the location is convenient, they put all the macros & ingredients on the container.. so many things I can list that I love! I don’t usually take the time to write reviews but they absolutely deserved this one. I honestly feel this place will help me achieve my health goals by inspiring me to meal prep more and on days I’m in a pinch I have a healthy high protein meal that’s ready to go! Both my little boys loved the BBQ Mac n cheese meal and so far the other meals I’ve tried have been delicious! They can count on me and my husband coming by weekly. Thank you for opening in Saline!

The taste of this food does not fit the typical pre-made meal services that I have experienced. It taste freshly made, delicious and well seasoned. I highly recommend at least trying it out once.
