Don’t get the 口水雞 (drooling chicken) even though it’s free with 3+ people. It was disgusting. The chicken tasted almost raw despite having an overcooked texture. Their other noodles were good though, and the price is good. I liked the lamb meat in the lamb soup noodles, and my friends liked the big plate chicken and 豌豆麵. Their wood ear mushroom cold dish was also tasty.

Came here after watching a Mark Wiens video. The store was empty when we came around 11am but it became full when we left an hour later. Service is superb too.

The best Sichuan food we’ve had. Wonderful people working here. Recommend the Chong Qing Hand Drawn Noodles and Gele Mountain Style Fried Chicken!

Wow. The Gele country fried chicken was delicious. A perfect blend of cumin, numbness, spiciness with each crisp bite. The cumin lamb noodles was good; I like the thin, hand pulled textures and the blend of green peppers complimented the noodles well.

Food/Taste/Flavor: 4/5 – Pig Ear with Chili Oil has a nice kick from the chili oil without being too queasy. The pig ear has a nice bite and texture still. Braised Beef Noodle Soup had a really clean soup but it was a little bland. The braised beef was extremely tender and there was a fairly generous portion

You must go here for the cool noodles. They were a perfect balance of sesame creamy and mala spice. Addicting, to say the least. The spicy popcorn chicken was also very good.

The quality of the noodles here is high. Although the Dan Dan dish was not my favorite version, it was still very good. Strangely enough i think I’d enjoy it more with a side of white rice. The flavors of the soup/broth are also good. I’ll come back and try something different from the Dan Dan noodles.

Wow this place was amazing. If you like Szechuan food this place is a must try. But be warned everything is much spicier then the more popular Szechuan places.
