We were greeted by a friendly staff who was managing the store and I assume that he could be the owner! We ordered Mini Monarch, Mini Chiefs and Cookie Monster. The Mini burgers were very delicious and the it taste so fresh! We liked as well the size of our burgers since we were expecting slider size ones but it is bigger than your typical slider burgers! The Cookie Monster was gooey, dense and moist and the best part is that it was not too sweet! I like that it was balance in taste and great in texture for a brownie!

Sandwich taste great but I wasn’t sure why the bottom of my bread was bluish-green. I couldn’t tell if it was mold because the bread was wet and soggy. My sandwich had red cabbage on it that bleeds purple, but this was a bright green color which is NOT from the purple cabbage and dyed my napkin a green color. Purple Cabbage bleeds purple not green. The only color of green was on the bread not the cabbage. I cook with purple cabbage and understand the difference.

I visited today with my friends. We tried the culture sandwich and it was so good. The sauce was perfect and it was on the side so we don’t have to suffer from too much sauce or to dry sandwich. The red cabbage was an amazing. And the most important the guy is so polite. We will come again.

I ordered the Monarch and the Cookie Monster. What I got was awesome. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 was because I didn’t eat it until I got home and when I sat down to eat it I learned that I got the monarch and just the normal awesome blue velvet brownie. The only thing I would do differently next time is maybe try ordering the Turkey bacon instead of the beef bacon. The beef bacon tasted great but it was chewy and I’d prefer my bacon crispier and I think the Turkey bacon would solve that problem.

Food was awesome. Customer service outstanding. Had this place again yesterday and itis still as amazing as the first time. Everything fresh. Sandwiches are huge and that coleslaw is outstanding. If these guys add fresh cut fries, it’s a wrap. I’ll be back soon .

Cool concept in Chixen! To-go food, only. All chicken patties, different kinds of buns depending on the sandwich. Incredibly kind staff, with a genuine interest to do well with this new business. I have a lot of hope for this place, I think they need to opt for different buns. It was so dry that it made it hard to enjoy the sandwich. But I like the ingredients that make up each burger. If you get a quarter pound, it is one patty, if you get a half pound it is two patties, and so on The idea of beef bacon is different, but I think it’s unnecessary. It doesn’t add much flavor and it doesn’t have the crisp that bacon tends to lend to a standard burger. I’m not a fan of velvet cake in general so the sweets didn’t really grab on to me; but I think the chocolate flavor could be amped up a bit. Staff all wore masks, respecting the pandemic guidelines. There’s street parking. It may be hard to order from the window if you’re in a wheelchair, but the staff is very accommodating so I think a work-around would be easily identified.

Really unique chicken burgers. I tried the mini and a side of slaw for a late evening snack. Great crispness and texture. It comes with sauce on the side, which is smart. The slaw was effing amazing. The base is red cabbage. It also came with a dressing on the side. One of the best slaws I’ve had. I can’t wait to go back and try more items.

Support local! I ordered the Chixen Mini (1/4 lb). I added cheese and turkey bacon. Bread was soft. Very thin chicken, which I love! House made sauce had a slight kick, pretty good. Sandwich was the perfect amount, didn’t feel overstuffed. There are several sandwiches up to over a pound. Ordered online and done quickly. Walk up window, but I ordered online. My meal was very affordable. Staff was friendly! Would suggest offering gluten free buns. Will definitely be back!
