After working in his family’s Italian restaurant and pizzerias in the late 70’s, 80’s and early 90’s, Vito branched out and did his own thing, opening several restaurants of his own. Now, he has decided to return to his roots, once again serving thin and crispy pizzas from traditional family recipes. Ironically, he found a location within a stone’s throw of that very same Italian restaurant where he worked with his dad, Pete, more than 30 years ago!
Vito has learned that fresh, quality ingredients and great customer service are what matter most. We are proud to dust off the classic recipes that made our small Italian restaurant a popular West County dining destination for over 25 years, and look forward to seeing you again soon!

Fantastic service and presentation. Cheesy Breadsticks are a 10/10. Pizza I had was NY style Pep/Banana Peps and was very good. Crust lacked some umph for me but a great pizza. 7.6/10 Cannolis were amazing. Fried perfectly, delicious ricotta filling with Choc chips, and my only gripe would be using dark organic cherries over the food coloring bright red ones. 8.5/10

We ordered several pizza’s, a salad, meatballs, and cannoli – all were outstanding! Our whole family loved the food! Super friendly service with easy pick-up. This location used to be Mario’s Pizza many years ago, and Chirco’s is much nicer (although we loved Mario’s as well). Highly recommend the meatballs and meatball pizza!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Chircos Pizza, and I must say, it was an extraordinary experience that left my taste buds in pure delight. The star of the show was undoubtedly the Tuscany Chicken Pizza, a culinary masterpiece that brought together flavors that were nothing short of heavenly.

This was our first time to Chirco’s. We ordered a thin and hand tossed pizza. They were both excellent, with fresh ingredients and perfect crust!!

$25 for a speciality pizza but when offered with authentic high quality ingredients it becomes more reasonable. It comes with little sauce, lots of cheese and the specific ingredients you order.

So great to see the Chirco’s name back in the STL! The pizza (meatball; Don Vito & a build-your-own) were just *chef’s kiss* – crust was amazing on both kinds of pizza, the spice & seasonings were just perfect, and the service exceeded expectations. Our family has a new fave for pizza from now on. Can’t wait to try the rest of the menu in the coming months.
