Third time coming to this location and is worse every time. This time I ordered a salad with extra chicken and it has no salad. Previous times I have personally had and seen mistaken orders and staff that clearly didn’t know what they were doing. I think this location is having a horrible start and I don’t think it will last long, judging by the reviews.

Like others, I am a Chipotle fan and was happy when I heard they were coming to 5-Mile. Unfortunately, the staff and managers are poorly trained. I’ve been there 5 times since they opened and get the veggie bowl. They are ALWAYS out of fajita veggies or lettuce. I get my guacamole on the side because I do takeout and don’t want cold guacamole on top of my hot vegetables. After waiting ten minutes for them to cook the vegetables at a recent visit I once again asked for my guacamole on the side and when I got to the register, they were going to charge me $12 and change instead of the normal $9 and change because I wanted it in a 2-3 cent container instead of in the bowl on top of my hot veggies. Ridiculous. Someone really doesn’t know what they are doing. I will drive the distance and use the Division location until the Francis location gets their act together.

Always out of multiple items every time I’ve gone here. Been to many other locations and never seen it this bad. Not like they were busy either. Pulled up at 8 on a Sunday with no one in the store last time. As others have said it appears to be poorly managed.

This new chipotle has a LONG way to go to be up to snuff. Management get with it! I stood in line for about 10 minutes just to be told at the drop of a hat that they aren’t serving and will be closed for approximately 30 minutes to handle a catering order. Did you know about it before hand? Probably. Management team, this is where you step in and take care of people in line, and tell people immediately upon entering. This was at 5pm on a Saturday. There is no excuse for these kinds of shenanigans. You have more 1 star reviews than any other combined… wake up! It is literally the simplest fast food to run.

Ive gone to the division location for sometime now and when this location opened up I was excited! closer to me and the staff? makes my experience that much better! How would I know? I eat there 5 days out of the week lol I’m a huge chipotle eater and the management as well as the workers are always so quick to take care of me and keep me informed on what’s out when I come in. The facility is clean and the service is quick and when there is a delay it’s toward the 5 o’clock hour on one of the busiest intersection in north Spokane. These guys do great work and I will continue to give them my service till I see a reason not too.

I usually love chipotle but they gave us burrito bowls with almost no meat, I feel like you’d have to do this on purpose to give such little meat. The kids that work there seem like they have no idea what’s going on. The manager was just as clueless and they don’t want to make anything right after they are clearly the ones who made the mistake. I will not be returning.

My wife ordered a burrito online and picked up the order in store at 8:45pm on 5/13. When we got home we realized they made the wrong item. We called the store and the employee that answered the phone and the manager both said we would have to wait until they got through their rush before they could remake our food. We did not think it was fair to have to wait all that extra time for a mistake they made. The refused to make it right away. Since we didn’t want to wait my wife said she would just eat the wrong item. He than told us to request a refund online. After 30 minutes of chatting and being disconnected and reconnected to the robot, they said they couldn’t refund it.

I ordered two burrito bowls that were supposed to be ready by a certain time. It took an extra 20 minutes and when I got home they had forgotten to put meat on either of them. I came back and had to fight to get my protein. When I messaged corporate they just offered to give me two more burrito bowls which I don’t want because I’ll never go to a chipotle again. I know they just opened this spot but it’s like they put a bunch of teenagers in there with no training.
