We were pleasantly surprised given all of the recent 1 star reviews. Store was well staffed (incredibly hard to do these days), and they were attentive and working hard. Food tasted like any other Chipotle, pretty good.

What a wonderful restaurant to have in Pullman! Outstanding food, hospitable service, and reasonably priced. My daughter is a vegetarian. They have great options. My son is a bottomless pit. The burritos are huge. Mine tough to please. The crew knocked it out of the park. We will be back!

If I could give zero stars I would. Been in a few times, each visit worst than the last. Staff is rude and miserable. Out of ingredients on every visit. Restaurant is always filthy. Ice machine was broken for 2 weeks and they wouldn’t give me avocado from the online preperation order area when the main restaurant was out because “online customers have already paid.” Yes, but its perfectly acceptable to screw over the customers that are physically in your store? Have you ever heard of anything more ridiculous? Go at your own risk.

This is a joke. I ordered extra rice and chicken, payed for it and this is what I get. I don’t even write reviews but this had me irritated. The reason why I even ordered extra rice and chicken was because their regular portions are small. I ordered Extra Rice and CHICKEN!!!!! Like what was the reason!!!!!!

This is the worst Chipotle in America period. They are always out of everything, the service is the worst, there is a million workers in the back always doing nothing. Do not waste your money here, 9 out of 10 times you will be disappointed.

Why I never tip for pickup orders. We ordered 4 things last night and none of them were correct. Was not told of unavailable ingredients (2), a burrito was visible (by a disturbing amount) as there was not enough foil to cover it and the amount of food in two burrito bowls equaled one bowl. Spent over $40 and not the first time when pulling up to the window that employees see that I’m there but walk away or stand around doing nothing. Last night the car in front of me got tired of waiting, parked and went in. Online chatted about our order and the best Chipotle would do was two free drinks that expired that night. Will be taking a long break from ordering again.

I never write google reviews as I feel it is pointless but this location is so horrendous I don’t know what else to do. They profit off of the fact that there are almost no other food options in the area and people aren’t going to drive all the way to Moscow for a burrito. I’ve probably been to this Chipotle a total of 15 times since January. They are ALWAYS out of some ingredients! I’ve left on 2 occasions because they were out of burritos one time, and one time they were out of ALL meats except pork. They’re consistently out of queso, cheese, rice, or lettuce. The service is always extremely slow, and they’ve had a sign up since February saying they’re out of cash. Like the constant lack of ingredients it would appear that no effort to fix this has been made. I’m tired of paying 12.68 for my burrito and never even getting the ingredients I put on a burrito. Sorry to be a karen, but I’m tired of throwing my money out at this location.

GI distress after eating here. Avoid. I wanted to like this place, I saw the negative reviews mostly pertained to missing ingredients and wanted to give it a shot. The steak wasn’t super warm and it was pink in the center in some places but I didn’t think anything of it. Beans were salt-less. Customer service was ok. Drink machine had a pile of ice on the floor in front of it. Very much not worth it given the GI distress after. If there’s a way to report this location to corporate, I will, I was so excited to live in a town with a chipotle again.

I love Chipotle in general, but this location is the worst I’ve been to, and I’ve been to quite a few in various states. My first visit, was told they were only taking online orders, and it was a long wait… was worried that would be the norm, so I waited months before I tried again. My second visit, I was able to order at the counter like normal, but they were out of veggies. I was there in the early afternoon. Went a few days later, again, no veggies. Asked the manager, and he said it was a staffing issue due to spring break. Okay… Went back a few weeks later, still out of veggies. Waited another few weeks, still no veggies. Y’all, I’m there midday, you can’t have already ran out of veggies. Finally, during one of my visits, the worker helping me saw my annoyance about the veggies, and said yeah, it’s an issue. The prep cooks don’t prep the veggies enough. He likes the veggies too, and was annoyed they are out of them all the time. I’ve been there maybe about 10 times over the last 6 months, always midday, and have been lucky to get veggies twice. On two occasions, they were out of chicken as well. Today, not only out of veggies yet again, but also out of lettuce. I’m done trying. Left empty handed and won’t be back. The employees I’ve dealt with have been good enough, but the management of this location is shameful.

They are consistently out of ingredients- yesterday it was brown rice and chips (kind of). When I got to the register to pay, I asked for a bag of chips off the shelf and the worker told me they don’t have any chips. I pointed to the bags of chips behind him and said “aren’t those chips?” and he said “yeah, but for online orders only.” Nowhere posted did it say you had to order online to receive chips (and I’ve ordered chips in-person many times), so I was quite frustrated with the lack of ingredients available. This is not a new problem, but a continuation of lack of ingredients.
