Not the best of experience. I ordered a burrito bowl. The rice was under cooked and a little crunchy. The woman making my bowl didn’t take any care in layering the toppings to allow a little of everything throughout the whole bowl. My sour cream was just slopped to one side. When asking for my chicken topping I only got 6 peices total. When I asked about it they said if I wanted more I would have to pay for it. The last thing they put on the bowl was lettuce and I was to get a pinch. Going to a long while before I go back. With all the local taco trucks around, you get better options of way less money. Not recommended.

I ordered a bowl and chips. The bowl was delicious but the chips were actually burned. As in little black flakes all over the chips. They tasted terrible. I know this store has had issues with cooking their chips properly in the past but this is absurd.

This chipotle’s staff needs serious customer service training ASAP. They make the franchise look so bad with their customer service. The girl making my order was just throwing heaping scoops of the food onto my bowl, to the point she was missing the bowl! There was food from her gloves all over the outside of my bowl. Ended up throwing it away because it was so unsanitary.

Staff are super cheap with portions of everything. Other stores are more realistic. Parking lot is also small and shared with the bank and only has one disabled spot hardly doing a service for those need it.

So, the food is great and the lady that made my food was great. However, the gentleman that rang me up was too busy talking to the group of men behind me about “pot” to actually hold any type of conversation with me. Also, the store is a mess for being mostly empty and fully staffed.

Went to Chipotle Mexican Grill last month just for something quick! Chipotle always fills me up and I’m not sure what it was today but their guacamole was on point. I really enjoyed the atmosphere. Although, Chipotle Mexican Grill customer service wasn’t 100% and it could be a little better in terms of friendliness and greeting, all-in-all a great experience!
