I had a pieces of an avocado pit in my salad. I returned it immediately to the store showing the manager and asking what were the hard pieces I found in my veggie salad. The manager just stared and said she had no ideal and didn’t have an ounce of care. She didn’t apologize once, offered to make me a new salad(not that I would have taken it the lettuce was wilted and wet and the rice was clumps) or even refund my money. I had to ask for a refund. I don’t recommend this place at all.

I ordered this for delivery via Grubhub. This is the first time I ever ate Chipotle because of the bad rap and now I will never again!

Honestly if I could have left a half star, that’s what I’d of left. The boy with blue hair color and the girl with braids were nice but the food was awful. The worst chipotle I ever had. Cold, stale chips, no steak. I will never come back here. Waste of $30. Save your money, McDonald’s is better. Also, the seating in this store is dysfunctional!

Normally Chipotle is clean, fast and serves fresh food. For a Saturday at 12p, this Lacey location on pacific was dirty, cooking counter had beans spilled all over, the guac was brown, chips were stale and when we went back up the second bag was also stale. While eating, there was another customer that returned their chips because they were also stale. When we were talking to the customer that returned his chips he was talking about how the place was filthy and the lady serving was extremely rude and rolled her eyes at him.

Bad luck, maybe. Cash only, fine. No soft drinks, bummer. Burrito was tiny for $11, maybe depends on who makes it. It was fine but compared to Cafe Rio for example, there is no comparison!

I eat chipotle all the time but this is my first time at this location… The food is super cold and our portions are so little. The server I had would only scoop half scoops from anything and the bowls were less than half full. Very disappointed in this location.

Well, hmm? I was shocked by how small the portions were today. I made mention of this to the staff, hoping it was simply a new-guy-didn’t-know situation. I was told they had been instructed to reduce portions because they’re losing money and the added caveat that 4 people have been fired for large portion serving already. So I was bummed about that. I also ordered some chips and queso blanco. The chips were fairly stale and you can see from the picture just how little cheese was provided for $4.50; about 2.5 tablespoons. I came home and monitored how many dips I got for my 4.50. 12 dips. I have been to a lot of chipotle all over the country and I have never been served this little for my money. I’m not sure if it’s a new corporate change, or just this local management responding to local economics. What I am sure of is that I will not be going back. I’ll try another one about 10 minutes south and see if it’s the same deal as here. If so, I would have to say chipotle is off the menu for the price point. Also, the food is always salty, but today was extra salty. Maybe it was the change in portions relative to the miniscule amount of rice I was served. The second photo shows one corner of my bowl that was completely missing food. I’m used to these things brimming. That’s why I repeat. It’s half my daily calories. Bad form.

Astonished by how many things could go wrong with a burrito. My wife and I ordered two burritos, chips, and red sauce. The burritos were prepared in a manner that I can only describe as counter to every burrito-making axiom out there. Rather than putting the ingredients long-ways relative to the rolling direction, the employee put them short-ways, ensuring that as we bit into the burritos, there were large pockets of single ingredients. By the end of it, my wife’s had five uninterrupted bites of nothing but white rice. Moreover, the employee was wholly unable to wrap the burrito properly, both times ending up with mashed, half-tucked flaps that leaked sauce all over the place. The chips were also rather stale, with my wife commenting that “[She] has a low bar for staleness, but even this is pushing it.” Despite all of the above, the ingredients besides the chips were fresh and flavorful, the staff was polite, and the restaurant was clean. So points there. They really ought to re-train and maybe do a bit more QC on chip freshness.

I would give this location a 0 if I could. You have 5 ppl working and I am having to wait to order. More worried about online orders and cleaning up to close than the customers standing in front of their faces. Instead of focusing on the order I placed employees are asking who cut the foil lastnight, meanwhile I am having to repeat everything due to lack of paying attention by the employees. All around a horrible Chipotle and ever worse customer service. I would rather drive to the one by I5. This store is HORRIBLY ran.
