I love Chipotle, and I order their food about once a week. Their customer service is unmatched. I have been helped by many different workers, and they are all very courteous and respectful. Even when the line is long, the wait time is short due to their efficiency. Yes, sometimes they are out of items but it’s not their fault. The food is fresh, all natural, and delicious. The tortilla chips are delectable. I hope the employees read this, and they realize I look forward to going there. They’re often the best part of my week. Thank you so mucn.

Came in 30 mins after open time (11:15) on a super short lunch break, waited at the counter for awhile patiently because it was clear they were busy prepping for a catering order. Staff decided to wait 5 minutes and then just tell me they were closed so I would leave. Why not put a sign on the door? Why are you closed right before lunch? Management needs to staff location appropriately. Don’t waste your time

One of the “ CLEANEST “ Chipotles I’ve ever eaten,,, if not – the cleanest one – compared to other Chipotles restaurants, the staff is very friendly they have very good customer service, the truth is that the place is very clean and the food was very good. The kitchen was very clean as well. This is a great Fast Food place.

Me in a coworker went to get some food on for our lunch break. The credit cardmachine went down. The manager was very rude and telling us it’s nothing she can do about it. We have to pay cash when half of us don’t carry cash at all anymore. Our food was already made sadly to say we had no choice to leave.

Absolute disaster. They’re consistently out of ingredients. The tables out in the patio are never clean. And it feels like I’m always inconveniencing them when I’m ordering. Avoid this location if possible.

07/28/23 at around 7pm Not worth the price for food. Rice was hard and dry( they spreaded the rice to make it seem like anything) , did not taste good, meat was chewy and the portion was so small for the $12+ they charge for a bowl of white rice and steak (like 8 pieces of steak) . Guess whos not goin back there?

I LOOOOVE Chipotle…there is always something wrong with this location. ‘Closed for repairs’, ‘no salsa today’, I went in today and fortunately i made an online order because they were telling all the customers “online orders only today”. I waited with a large group of people for my food I’d ordered online an hour and a half before to come out…25 minutes late. I finally grabbed my bag, and it was missing my beverage (not abnormal). I asked one of the employees for a cup to complete my order as I have done in the past when I ran into this issue, and was told “we aren’t doing beverages today”. I asked for a refund for my drink and was told I’d have to take it up with corporate. I REALLY like Chipotle, but I’m gonna avoid this location in the future like the plague. There’s too many other options available (Wingstop, MOD Pizza, Panera Bread a few doors down) or go to one of the other locations in the mall or off Rainier Ave. This location is AWFUL!!

Great portions, customer service is pretty good most of the time. There are issues from time to time at this place: forgetting to unlock the front doors in the morning, accepting online orders only, forgetting orders, mobile order issues etc. If you come here once in a while you won’t notice these issues but if you come here often you might.
