Be wary of ordering delivery from here. I ordered chicken but they gave me pork. I can’t eat pork for religious reasons, so it was a total waste of $19. 🙁 very disappointed.

Easily the worst chipotle experiences I’ve had. Upon entering they informed me they were out of salsas but I decided to try it anyway. At the register the employee didn’t ring up the order right and I had to remind them what they just made for me.

This has to be one of the most poorly run Chipotle’s in the chain. Without exaggerating, the last 4 times I have gone they have been missing one or more items on the line. One day, it was no white rice and no sour cream. Another time it was no corn, no lettuce, and no pico de gallo. I can’t tell if they are truly completely out of that item in the entire restaurant or, they ran out on the line and don’t want to pause operations long enough to replenish. But, either way, it is terrible customer service.

Understaffed, poorly managed. Staff that are here are run ragged and I feel so bad for them. Twice in a row now I’ve had things missing from my order. Today I was missing rice, veggies, salsa, and queso. Literally was just beans, sofritos, and sour cream like?? At least I was able to snag some (brown, not white) rice.

May 18th, 2023. 9:10 PM. Ordered large chips and guac and from app. Did not receive chips. When I returned, I was told they were out. The back-room staff did not hand ready food out despite being visibly free. Front staff and bean delivery guy were good.

This is a great location for a Chipotle since it’s right on the Ave next to University of Washington. Despite it’s perfect location for the clientele and traffic, this branch does not have the management necessary to run a restaurant that can keep up with the demand and serve the scale that it does.
