Solid food, as the chain is known for, but really appreciated the help I got from one of the employees when I was struggling with my toddler and order I had just picked up. The employee quickly stepped in and helped my carry the order to the table and was so kind in the quick 10 second interaction, then she was back to helping the next customer/taking orders. I think her name was Ashley. She’s great!

Oof something is not going well at this location. There was trash and dirty latex gloves on the ground in the seating area, food spilled alllllll over the counter and checkout area, and the food didn’t look particularly fresh. There were 4 people working the front but I still waited for about 30 minutes even though I was the second person in line. Pretty weird environment. Staff was kind but just seemed oblivious. Food was fine but lukewarm. Management issue for sure.

The place was a mess: scraps food all over the prep counters and floor in the kitchen and hard to find a table that has been cleaned. They seemed short staffed. This is the second Chipotle I have been to in the area in the past week and both were horrible experiences. Management needs to get their act together. At least the food was good.

I would like to say that I’ve eaten at some three to four other Chipotle restaurants and have never witnessed what I saw at this restaurant. Let me correct that. I’ve never been to any restaurant and witnessed such lack of cleanliness in the front of the restaurant. My boyfriend was having low blood sugar symptoms and needed to eat something fast. He warned me about this particular Chipotle, but I didn’t believe him. It was so bad. There was spilled food all over the counter where you pay for and pick up your order. My boyfriend did a told you so remark. Needless to say, we hurried out the door and went to the restaurant next door. My concern was that if the workers failed to clean the front counter where customers pay/pick up their orders, what type of cleanliness measures are being used behind the scenes? I don’t even want think about it. Please hire workers who practice proper food handlers’ methods. There’s a reason why food handlers permits are required in all restaurant jobs.

Worst Chipotle ever. I couldn’t believe this dish is for adult. Just a half size than before. It looks the size of dish is dependent on a customer and/or server’s scoops. He may need to be trained. Also I didn’t want to have a leftover of just 10 pieces of chopped lettuce at the same price.

Cravings. Went out of the way to this location. Only thing consistent here is they shove & cram multiple orders in one bag! This was a second visit. I believe there is room for improvement here! I’ve been to several other location and food was not only fresh but prepared with love & care! Here, it is a different story. Three orders for three people and large sides were smooshed in one. YES, one bag! Hence, smooshed! The staff who was taking care of our order was pleasant but made it sound like he was doing us a favor. Until, I opened the bag! To my dismay, it was a sloppy mess! I’ve been to other location and it was pleasant seeing them prepare food. Methodical, systematic and clean! It was like watching a symphony orchestra of a well-organized pepper assembly line!

Love the food when they can get your order right. The biggest problem is that they almost never do. I’ve gone there ALOT lately, and I don’t think I’ve had two orders in a row without a mistake. Sometimes, the portions are super small except for the rice. Other times, ingredients are missing completely. Some days, they completely run out of chips, and instead of calling or saying something, you come home to find out there is nothing to go with your dip. The one time it was bad enough to get a refund, it took forever jumping through hoops with thier chat bot and even though I had an email confirmation of said refund, the money never made it into my bank account. Instead, they give you a BOGO reward in the app, and you are forced to go back, perpetuating the cycle. This location, at least, is terrible, and I would not recommend eating here to my worst enemy.
