The take out from this particular Chipotle is such a joke. I ordered tacos today and my husband went to pick it up and two of the three yacos just one one tiny bit of carnitas and a few shreds of cheese. It was actually ridiculous. Its the second time our takeout order did not have the right portions of ingredients. Wont be making this mistake again.

Used to have good experiences here, bought from this location for lunch while at work. I started ordering from a different location, closer to my home. And they ALWAYS messed up my order. So one day I went out of my way to drive to this location and got my order in person and drove back with my food. It was good at first until I saw a bug on my food. I reached out to Chipotle and they never responded. I think due to way too many, CONSTANT unhappy experiences, I won’t be going to any of the Chipotle stores anymore. They don’t seem to care and try to solve issues, instead give you a coupon as if that solves the problem.

Ordered to go, kid meal with chicken, brown rice, and black beans. I also ordered guacamole and chips. It was not on the shelf, good thing someone asked for my name. I did not have wait long. I asked for side of salsa and got this weird look. Not sure what the look for, but got the salad. Food was ok, but don’t have high expectation.

I feel like this is just a run of the mill chipotle. Food is alright, servers could be nicer, service could be a lot quicker. We came here after a long day of shopping in the area for a quick dinner but never again! Took forever to get our meals and after being on my feet all day going to various shops, I was over it. Will stick to more local restaurants and other chains.

I was so disappointed, I even did their feedback. I watched the same server serve 4 different customers huge portions of meat and rice. So huge I couldn’t believe how she closed the bowl. When it came to my turn. I got less than half. Barely made it over the cardboard height. The worst part the food was warm/cold and both the brisket and shredded beef were salty.

No fajita veggies. Basics 101, you know how much you have to start the day, you know How much you use per day or on Sundays, here is a suggestion for dummies….go to Fred meyer right behind your parking lot, and get some, chop em up, cook em up, not you have them until your next shipment….says alot about mgmnt, incompetent, only for profit, but saw 4 people walk away once realized no fajita veggies, that’s a 40.00 loss at minimum, in 2 minutes….schmidiots.

Almost always out of something, even at 6pm on a Tuesday. Often ‘run out’ means that supplies are set aside for online orders. I’m not sure why online orders are prioritized but it seems like bad service to prioritize one set of customers arbitrarily over another.
