Friendly and welcoming staff, who prepared our order with care. Unlike the other Chipotle at 10503 4th Street, Bellevue that didn’t do any of the above and infact told us to call the central customer care line when we told them that they gave us the wrong food. If you are in Bellevue, and craving chipotle you must go to this one. Speaking from experience here, the other two locations in the neighborhood are quite disappointing. Bon Appetite!

I’m extremely upset with my delivery order. My steak, brown rice, salsa, black bean, guacamole burrito was twice as small as when I walk in an order. Clearly delivery orders are a rip off. I will never use their delivery service again. As much as you charge for this food, you could at least make the portions of food the same. You’ve lost a valuable customer.

Unlike other Chipotle’s I’ve reviewed, this one is stellar in every way a Chipotle should be. The only inconvenience is the location as it’s in a corner storefront that requires one to park your vehicle some ways away in a garage to get to if you’re driving there.

I never write poor reviews but this seriously needs to be addressed. The person making our food was clearly under the weather. While making our food a huge line of snot dropped from this persons nose into our food and the food in the line. The cashier and manager couldn’t care less about what just happened And was more concerned about making sure we knew we inconvenienced her and food was being wasted. I’m sorry… someone’s bodily fluids just contaminated the entire line. That’s a sanitary hazard and the health department needs to be contacted immediately.

My office does group orders at this location almost weekly. Today I did a single order and I was very disappointed. I ordered a chicken burrito with beans, rice, salsa, cheese, lettuce and sour cream. What I received today was a black bean buritto with rice, cheese, lettuce and guacamole. Thank goodness I am not allergic to guacamole. There was no chicken! Once I got to chipotle I had to wait 15 minutes before I could even ask someone about my order, that was sitting on the back counter behind the register ready to go.

The service was ok and the food was typical of every other Chipotle I have been to. However, the restaurant was a mess, every table was covered in food so there was no where to sit. Women’s bathroom was even grosser then the dining area. Not the standard I would expect for a Chipotle especially in Bellevue.

disgusting behavior from staff, 08/31 after 8pm the person making the food was a short latino man. he was SO rude, cutting me off and being short, and to also add he barely put any toppings on. my queso container was HALF full. TRASH.
