We all understand the staffing challenges in Bend. There have been multiple times we have made a trip only to find out the posted hours online haven’t been updated and we find out they are closed. Very frustrating and such a simple fix. Please do better Chipotle! Always loved the food – just say when you’re open or closed!

Only went because wife loves it. They should be out of business and everyone that worked this day, fired. The nice paper sign stated opening at noon. Might be time to redo lettering on door since they haven’t opened before noon for over a year. They wet a couple minutes late opening the door and only did so after the crowd started trying the door. Turns out what caused the later opening was what appeared to be a shift manager (big briefcase) was finishing making a huge burrito for himself. As soon as the doors opened and he finished making the burrito, or rather another employee did, the shift manager promptly went on break and ate in the middle of the restaurant. He was on break before the first person was served. However, he did jump behind the counter periodically to stir a pot of product until he was done eating. Also nothing was ready when the doors were opened. All four juice dispensers were empty, the rear door was still locked with a rope or tshirt im not sure. Almost forgot, I was first person to try pib extra and there was zero syrup. This franchise should be taken away as it is a disgrace.

I have been a professional medium for 15 and a half years and am VERY sensitive to all of the energy forces that surround us. The food is great and the restaurant was decently clean but when I walked up to the line I was ASSAULTED by the dark energy radiating from the red haired girl serving the food. Will not be returning until she is gone.

Quality really took a nose dive here. Last time I ordered a steak bowl the quality of the meat was awful: mostly chewy pieces of fat. I remember chipotle being a much better experience years ago, now it’s like the chain just stopped trying.

Don’t bother with this location. Used to come here once a week but now the kids that work there are racing each other to see who can make food the fastest and in an attempt to be one step ahead of the customer, they constantly add stuff without being asked and always have to remake the order. It’s ridiculous. Happens every single time now. And then skimp you on protein because they are pissed they have to remake the food. They do this even when your the only person in line.

This place is a disastrous circus!! Employees going from behind the counter to the dining area, eating and yelling at one another- unprofessional. 5 items not available. Closing early 730pm on a Saturday. This is my third time here, hoping it would change but no bueno. I’m not one to write a scathing review but it’s pretty bad. Hopefully they can turn it around.

UPDATE: Busted down to 1 star because this location closed at 5:00pm on a Sunday when the door said they would be open until 10:00pm. And no additional signage to indicate early closure. Idiots!!!

Very nice red haired girl was taking our order then who I assume was her manager man aggressively grabbed it from her and started barking questions at us. There was no one in line behind us so their was no need for the hurry he was in. Extremely rude and I feel bad for the employees working with him.

Most of the people working were great. There was this chick that was so awful. We asked for a large guacamole and she made a small one. It was no big deal to us we just asked for a correction. Had an attitude the whole time. She just needs to quit!

I thought I’d try it after seeing the commercial. I forgot you have a lot of choices when ordering and I was not prepared. The staff wasn’t rude, but they were in rush mode and it was hard to hear what they were asking.
