I don’t care where you go but don’t go here. Especially don’t order online here. My wife ordered online for the two of us. I waited in the drive through line for 25 minutes before reaching the window. Gave our name and waited another 20 minutes before a girl opened the window and asked me to drive back through the drive through or wait in the online pickup spots/come inside because our food wouldn’t be ready for another 10 minutes and there was “a lot of other orders before ours.”

I order online to pickup. I’ve had my order screwed up from just missing some beans in my daughters meal. To being given a completely different burrito than I ordered. I have consistently had my order messed up. I am a former Chipotle employee and have been very disappointed at the level of service and accuracy at this location.

Way to much lime on the chips or what ever you put on them I’m puckering trying to eat Guacamole. I have been to your place 2 times I said I would like 2 chicken tacos. I did not think I had options? So he grabs 2 and makes 2? I go there is only 2 now? He snaps back you ordered 2 I go I’m sorry. I meant 2 orders! I’m still learning! He slapped another tin foil grabbed another Tortilla what do you on this. Did the same with the other tacos slapped sour cream put cheese and lettuce and threw it and walked away did not ask me if I wanted chips. So I told the kid what I wanted and he jumped all over the kid. I made a mistake and he was mad he showed it and was rude. More I thought about it more it upset me. He was very rude. I ordered Guacamole and Chips I got charged full price for a container that was 1/2 the size same with the salsa and chips. Was not told you was running out. My son got his in the regular Container. No drive thru to order from. Only online pickup so you have to go inside to order if you don’t like to order online. It’s a bit inconvenient. Other than standing forever in a long line the food was good. However because of the inability to order from your car in a drive thru I doubt I’ll be subjecting myself to the long lines inside and won’t be going back.

I was not aware of how hot this dish was going to be. I got the whole30 approved salad with no rice, refried beans, chips, cheese, or sour cream to cut the heat. Just know that. Enjoy!

I asked if they put utensils in the bag because I didn’t see any go in. The lady said oh they’re in the bag. Isaid I didn’t see any. She said they’re inn the bag already. So now we have 3 bowls full of food and no utensils. If 4 different people didn’t make my food and 2 people check us out fewer things would be missed. Stopping at target for utensils.

I’d give this place negative stars if I could, whatever crew was working Saturday august 12th around 3:30 was easily the laziest fast food crew in this valley. Was in line for about 45 minutes (inside) the ladies in front of me had been there awhile before me and I watched them sit there 20-25 minutes with nobody helping them just walking by . They ended up leaving, by the time I got up to order (when they were done standing around talking to eachother) there was hardly any food to be served making me completely choose out of my regular group of food that’d id usually get. I think the most irritating part was knowing how much they get paid to not work in the newest store in Medford

Ordered a carnitas bowl with guac online and when I picked it up through the drive thru it wasn’t even close to right, everything they could have messed up they did. They gave me a chicken bowl with the wrong everything, no guac, no salsa, it was just chicken with black beans, rice and cheese. And the rice was horrible, it was more like sticky rice you’d find with sushi. Then to top it off there customer service is a joke, you can’t talk to an actual person, just an automated system that is useless

Low quality for a Chipotle, their seemingly always out of a random menu option, if you order on the app it will take FOREVER, most of the staff don’t know how portions work, and the environments not very professional. I really wish this town had a Qdoba screw paying almost $3 for guac and having to pay at all for queso is embarrassing. Be better Chipotle!

Went to pick up my chipotle order and first they gave me the wrong order so I went back through the chipotlelane and they gave me my food and after I had eaten almost the entire bowl I found a short black hair almost like a dog hair in my food. Im disgusted.
