Food was amazing like always! Very nice and clean atmosphere. At first the young lady taking my order tried to give me old lettuce for my salad and I requested fresh and she did. Overall five stars though.

My husband never gets upset at food places, as he works in the food industry, but this location has exhausted his patience several times. When we come in person, they always either mess up our order or don’t have a lot of the ingredients. And we all together gave up on ordering from this location because everytime we do, our bowls are about 1/2 full as other reviewers commented. It’s happened to us several times so they definitely purposefully skimp people. I don’t understand why they do this, as they are going to lose customer’s trust and they just will not order from there..

Horrible portion size. Horrible effort. Every single time the food is made so poorly you’d think the workers had something against you. It seems like they consistently make the food with as little effort as possible. Honestly they should be paying me to eat the quality of food they consistently provide thats how low effort but typical this is. I’d give lower than one star since that feels a bit generous but unfortunately that is not possible. Whoever is working tonights shift especially absolutely horrendous stuff. Make no mistake tasted exceptional for what was there. Thats the problem theres never much there. Amazed these people still have jobs because they definitely should not. 0/5

Love the sofritas, make sure you get the app and join their rewards program! You can earn points towards free stuff and order from your favorite locations super easily with the click of a few buttons. During busy hours you might wait a tad longer, but that’s to be expected with restaurants!

I had a great experience with this location. I had to call and ask for a change with a door dash order because DD didn’t have an option for what I needed, and they were super kind and helpful. I talked to Rudy, he was great! Thanks for being accommodating to me guys 🙂

0 Stars Refused to make anyone’s order and kept telling everyone who came in that they couldn’t take orders because there were just 2 people working the front…not sure how many people are needed to make a burrito but apparently they need at least 3 people to complete an order.

This location intentionally *hard skimps* on online orders. Even if you order/pay for extra, they will give you less than a normal portion just to spite you and deflate their food cost tracking. Do not order online or through the app at this location, stand in line or don’t go. Chipotle needs to fix this.

They were out of many items and the restaurant was not that clean. We ordered a bottled soda, because they were out of soda, and they didn’t even take the bottle top off for my daughter. (it was NOT a twist off) Not likely to return to this location anytime soon.

Standard sized Chipotle. Great for ordering on the app and picking up on the way home. In a good area located near plenty of other stores. Doesn’t seem like it gets too busy, but I also try to order ahead most of the time. Good portion sizes for the value.
