My husband and I come here frequently for dinner and are always happy with the service and quality of food but especially on the nights Nathan, the general manage, is there. Nathan always remembers my husband’s order and makes sure to pull out there plain brown rice before my husband makes it to the counter. Says drive through but actually isn’t. The young lady brownish hair at 12:30pm asked our name and we said we hadn’t ordered yet slammed the drive through window shut after she said that it was pick up only. We weren’t worth the time to talk to apparently.

Y’all need to remember KINDNESS. Working in the service industry is one of the most exhausting and draining jobs, especially coming out of this past year and a half. There are people working here, not robots. Getting a groove down no matter the establishment takes work. That being said…YUMM. Didn’t want to give the food a try after rude service. I didn’t know you have to download the app to order through the drive through. Had a lady yell at me at the drive through window it doesn’t work like that. Refused to help me further.

Nice 5 minute drive from where I work. I order through the app and I love how they have a drive thru window for pick up and delivery!!! I think this is the only Chipotle location that has it that I’ve seen so far. It’s very helpful
