I wish they wouldn’t clean and block off the dining area so early, they sometimes completely block all dining-in after a certain time and force all orders to be to-go. That being said, I have to drive 20 minutes to this location because all the other Portland locations don’t know how to make the food or screw up portions so bad it’s inedible. This location does a great job of preparing and serving the food, as long as you’re okay with unexpectedly eating somewhere else. I wish I could give this place 5 stars, but closing down the tables and chairs so early is lazy and inexcusable

While I love this chipotle, this place was another story. We ordered our food & decided to eat it there unfortunately. There was an easy 9 tables available that where dirty. I went tonthe register & said all the tables were dirty. One of the ladies at the register with baggy pants & a baseball cap turned backwards said she has been very busy & will get to it in a bit. The other lady standing next to her said something to her & baseball cap lady grabs a rag heads to our table while she is spraying dirty tables along the way. The fine mist of chemicals spready over the tables & I’m sure to nearby patens who were eating next to these dirty tables. She cleans off our table with a very very wet rag and not completely covering the whole table…. it was so wet, I had to take napkins & while our table off.

Went in there twice recently and same experience both times. I know good help is hard to find these days but the front line employees literally look miserable being at work and have a smug/attitude about everything. They stop helping you to talk to each other for extended periods, they don’t say simple things like you’re welcome when you say thank you. Frowning faces. Wow horrible customer service. My child has celiac disease. When I asked for the gluten free protocol the worker had no idea what to do, the supervisor told her but she proceeded to keep taking the wrong ingredients, not the ones from the fresh bins that she got out and set behind her to use.

They are soooooo crazy about making sure they give you the SMALLEST portions possible. They’ll give you half a scoop of whatever you ask for and if you ask for a whole scoop they tell you they are going to charge you for double portions…. You are charging me $$$ for half scoops of food?!? What’s going on chipotle? Poor employees must be getting in real trouble if they “over serve” for them to act that stingy with the food. Treat your employees and customers better chipotle!

Did I accidentally order from the kids menu?I ordered a steak burrito and a chicken burrito and they look like a kids portion. Put both of them together and that’s one burrito. $14.50 and $11.50 for tiny burritos is ridiculous. Never eating at this place again. We live 5 miles from the restaurant and when we got our burritos they were cold and lots of gristle in my steak one. I definitely DO NOT recommend this restaurant.

The one thing that Chipotle has always done well is their packaging. The new container for the quesadillas is great. I got my food through a delivery app because I’m currently in quarantine, so unfortunately it was much more expensive. I really enjoyed it overall. My only big complaint is the quality of the steak. You pay extra for this steak that is unfortunately poor quality and quite gristly. Overall though, still enjoy it, just a bit overprice. I’d like more quality control for the meat.

Food is great but customer service is terrible. Ive never felt so unwelcomed. It was my first time at chipotle so i asked for guacamole i guess to early that the worker just tossed my food to the side while looking at me super rudely and went to the next person. Also whatever girl was working at the register needs to learn customer service because she did not look or smile at me once or even acknowledge me. Is the manager okay with this?? So rude, if you dont enjoy working there apply somewhere else. Also i went again and it was the same way just disrespectful
