The employees were courteous, the service was lightning quick, and they didn’t skimp on the chicken like some chipotles do. Not a lot of seating, so you might want to enjoy your quesarito on the patio.

Dang, I’m so glad there’s finally a Chipotle’s right around the corner from my house. The staff is efficient, despite their youth which I believe must be attributable to good training. They’re also flexible, always willing to give me a little bit more or less of this or that. I’ve never seen eyes roll nor sighs deepen if they get frustrated with me. It never shows. Kuddos to line staff and training program. Keep my bowls with lime rice, pintos – extra juice, asada, with all the salsasand lettuce. No goopy stuff on top!

This was the first time I’ve gone to any Chipotle restaurant and I have to say the food tastes really good, and the staff were helpful and expedient. Then one bad thing ruined the experience, the food was ice cold. Without that one issue J would have given the place 5 stars. No doubt I’ll try again to see if that’s normal or was because of them getting things ready to close. We were there late just right at closing time so that may be the problem. I’ll edit my statement and grade after my next visit. If it’s still cold then I may lower it.

Unresponsible manager, bad customer service at best! Went with my wife and daughter there then got our food and went home. When we get to the house we pick up our bag and bag broke and all of our food on the drive way! We made a call to the manager and he said pretty much nothing he can do. What a joke! The line its so loong and we wait patiently because they serve online order first rather than people that stand there. It was chaos! This manager had no idea how to run a store! Very unprofessional with that answer quote ” Well, theres nothing we can do ” so its okay take peoples money and not be responsible for defected bags or paper bowl. The kicker was that he said ” you should’ve let us know if u drive that far ” whaat!?! Everyone drives from everywhere so we all have to let him know where we are from??? Does that make any sense!?!? I will never eat there ever!! If i want Chipotle, ill get it from East ave store.

The food was super the female server was in a very bad mood and just slopped and food onto our tortillas like she just totally did not want to be there. Made us feel very uncomfortable and we weren’t the only ones that were uncomfortable at that time. I know everybody has their bad days but you shouldn’t bring it to work.
