Went in to grab a burrito for lunch. I’ve only had Chipotle a handful ful of times and each time it was good. Not this time. Felt super rushed to order when no one else was in line. And the employee kept interrupting me every time I was telling her what I wanted on it. Also had no salsa like I requested so the burrito turned out pretty bland. Probably won’t be returning to this location.

Food always tastes good but there’s a lack of consistency at this location. Sometimes the portions are smaller sometimes larger and it’s hard to tell what the standard is. And then tonight kinda bothered me because I asked for corn and was told they were out but then watched another employee after me scoop out the remaining corn from the container for someone else. It was just odd. It’s hit and miss with this location although the employees are always friendly.

The employee at the front counter appeared disinterested and unengaged, resulting in poor customer service with a rude and unprofessional attitude. Despite ordering a steak bowl, I only received a small amount of meat mixed with rice. This experience was disappointing, and as a result, I decided not to return to this Chipotle location in the future.

My experience was great. I was immediately greeted by a friendly employee, who made my food quickly and with a positive attitude. She made sure I got everything I needed and made my soft tacos exactly how I requested, with not too much, or too little of each item added. I was quickly rung up and had my food and drink handed to me with a smile and a thank you. When I got home to eat, it was just as tasty as I expected. Overall, this Chipotle is clean and the employees are great!
