This just the typical on of the mill chipotle. The line is always extremely long during busy hours and the food is outstanding for a fast food restaurant. If you have never eaten near before, I recommend skipping the line and ordering 30-45 minutes ahead of time. I ordered a burrito bowl with rice, pintos, light cheese, double lettuce(I’ve seen better than what is in the picture), 1x chicken and 1x steak. Proteins were very delicious so was the rest of the bowl.

While the food tasted fine, the place was dirty. The tables weren’t wiped down, the line wasn’t wiped down. I worked at Chipotle during all of the hoop-la re noro virus… That they’re not keeping the place clean is pretty jacked! Photos below show there wasn’t even any soap in the soap dispenser… Which sits right below the sign, attached to the wall, telling employees they need to wash before returning to work … And there isn’t even a container for seat covers, which is violating a health ordinance… I’ll never go here again…

I’ve had Chipotle before but have never actually gone inside to order and eat in there. The atmosphere is pretty dull, It’s more like just for a quick bite and let’s go type of deal vibe. The food is delicious ofcourse, just feels like it needs a more welcoming feel.

Horrible customer service. I don’t understand why employees have an attitude towards the customer for no reason. Went at 8pm on 11/14/22 and the girl with blue hair serving the food was pretty rude. She completely disregarded our requests and ill-mannerly prepared our food. If her goal was to upset a buying customer, congratulations to her because she succeeded. I will not be coming back. I wasn’t able to enjoy meal after this. Its pretty upsetting because I am an avid Chipotle customer.
