Employees are lazy and rude: not only was the restaurant trashed, but it was empty, they were out of white rice, barbacoa, carnitas, fajitas, and steak with over an hour left before closing. They started putting up the dining room furniture an hour before closing – while we were eating – and the ice machine was also empty. So what exactly are the employees trying to do, besides turning away business? They don’t have time to clean up the messes, refill their machines, or cook food for the line, but they have time to put up dining room furniture an hour before closing?

I’d give negative stars if I could. Ordered a steak and bean burrito for pickup. Got a chicken, rice and lettuce burrito, which I threw in the garbage. So not only is it in the most inconvenient location possible (no parking, have to walk about a mile to get in and out if you want to do pick-up), they can’t select the correct ingredients from a short list of ingredients they even have available. Also the chips were hard & stale. I don’t leave reviews very often, unless extremely compelled to do so (either very good or very bad). This was one of the top 10 worst food service experiences of my life. I already stopped going to Chipotle for the most part. This one sealed the deal. NEVER AGAIN! You are the worst, so now you are dead to me Chipotle. Thanks for the consistently terrible food that always caused severe internal distress.

I used to order for pickup allll the time, mainly because it’s close to my work & I get short lunch breaks. However, three of the last four times I went, I stood there waiting for my order to show up, trying to give them some grace since it was crowded…when it turned out that my order (along with the small crowd of other people also standing around waiting) had been stolen. After the third time in a row, I gave up. Hate wasting more than half of my lunch break waiting for an order that has already been snatched + then to flag someone down to have it get remade. Went back last week & they now have someone who hands the bag to you, which is less convenient but at least there isn’t a restaurant full of people standing around waiting for their stolen order.

2 Hours before closing and the only meat they had for me to choose from was barbacoa. They said no more guacamole for the rest of the night and when I ordered a drink I go to the machines and only one of the non soda drinks is stocked and the soda machine has multiple out of order stickers. The restaurant is filthy as well. The manager needs to step up and get some help in here for the other workers.

Never once had an order go smooth. Always out of something and offer nothing as compensation. Even ordering 30 minutes in advance they won’t have even chips prepared. Not sure when you’re supposed to order to get what you want.

This location has made me never want any Chipotle ever again. They are a horrible restaurant and their food is unsafe it gave us food poisoning. The guacamole turned black after a hour of bringing home and we threw it away. My friend ate a burrito and has been sick all day. Someone needs to do a health inspection and shut this place down. They obviously do not know how to prepare and handle food. Never again!!!

Worst Chipotle I have ever been to. Rude employees. Took forever even though it wasn’t busy since 2 employees were goofing off in the back while one helped everyone. Failed to give me the drink and chips with the kids meal. Employee wanted to close early and was obviously irritated by the presence of customers. Ran out of steak. Didn’t give me a receipt.

worst Chipotle experience, almost comical. 2 hours before close, all the chairs were up and they didn’t have white rice or veggies. The staff was so rude for no reason especially when I asked for the bathroom code. No ice nor juice available. Didn’t get a receipt and had to ask for my tortilla on the side three times.
