Would like to give a special thanks to the cashier for comping my dinner. During checkout my Apple Pay wasn’t working and was pulling up a blank screen. Left my wallet at home and the only way to pay was on my phone. After a few attempts and restarting my phone, I finally got it to work and wanted to pay for it but the cashier said she already comped the meal. Thanks for the awesome customer service and generosity!

I ordered from here past 3 times and all 3 times they got my order totally wrong. First two times I called the customer service twice and they gave me back free rewards to my account. Third time I called the store and the manager said they’d remake it if I come back. When I went back, they didnt even have all the ingredients – so why would they tell me to come back in the first place? Full of young and incompetent people, including the manager. Had 3 experiences and all 3 were bad. I’ll be searching for the regional managers contact info and complain about this location. After reading other reviews I’ve realized this is common here. As others said, go to the chipotle in E. Bidwell location.

Good stuff in my burrito bowl with available seating outside. Tried a new steak short name GG and it was ok – but had some gristle bits in a few bites which I set aside on my napkin and fed to my did LuLu. She loved it. Next time back to barbacoa.

I’m disappointed, this is my first time here since I moved to Folsom, I came in today and asked for a bowl, everything was going right until it came to the meat, the lady at the counter put two tiny scoops so I asked for more, i then got 1 tiny scoop, smaller than the first. I didn’t say anything cuz it was pointless.I told the person I was with that I only got a little meat and he then said something about it to the worker. She gave us a little bit more meat but she had an attitude about it. If you’re gonna be mad at your costumers then maybe you shouldn’t be working there other then the rude worker the food was great !

Kids quesadilla missing from quesadilla meal, just got box with rice and guac. Luckily had cheese and tortillas at home. My steak tacos had maybe 3 slices of meat in them. Not the heartiest meal. Probably go to one of the other 100 nearby locations next time. This place needs some quality control.

The staff at this chipotle is a bit tired. They are not very engaging and don’t seem to care much about the quality of the food or cleanliness of the restaurant. I typically get the chicken burrito bowl. Lately the chicken has been under cooked, seasoned poorly, and diced haphazardly. The Chipotle in El Dorado Hills is much higher quality in almost all regards.

I drive out of my way to this location (Iron Point) because the store near me (Bidwell) is horrible (bad customer service). Today was my second order here and it was amazing. When I received the text that my order was ready, I walked in the store and IT WAS READY on the shelf!! The portions were perfect, the food temperature was hot and it was made to order and tasted GREAT! I don’t usually post reviews, but when compared to the other location I have to. Came in for lunch. The first thing I noticed was how messy the place was. Condiment bar was dirty with no napkins.. tables were dirty as well. I noticed all the employees just standing around..The food was good though..
