I come here often and normally the service and quality of food is good hence why I rate it a three star. But today was an off day apparently. The white rice was very over cooked and was very mushy and clumpy. The blond cashier also got her blond hair in my food. I have black hair and my spouse and child have brown. I usually love the service here with the cashier that has brown hair. She always knows my daughter’s order. But today was just bad and made me regret spending money here.

Yeah this place is usually great, we come here often. But we always stand in line and have our burritos made on the spot. Today, we tried ordering off of the app. We got four burritos, and three of them looked ok (much smaller than usual, but ok ) but one of the burritos had this strange dark grey specks all over it, and this was only on one. A spot on the burrito had a dark spot too, so we were not sure if it was safe to eat. We looked it up on Google and it said it was mold, so we called Chipotle. They had a bot on the phone, and it wasn’t a very smart one. I finished my burrito by the time the call went to an actual person! They gave us a free burrito, but we had to go all the way back so it was not a good experience. If you’re gonna go, go in person and wait in line. Although they said the spots were from the press, it was still disappointing. The burritos were mid this time too, so two or of ten.

I provided A LOT of business to this location and have seen it go downhill so fast that I know drive out of my way to go to the Iron Point location who provides exceptional service every time. Bidwell store has generally made good food, however the service leaves a lot to be desired. I usually order via the app and if I arrive early I wait in the parking lot until I get the text “Your order is ready!” The last THREE times (last time was on 5/19/23), I went in after this and just stood there…the blonde cashier tried not to make eye contact and kept helping and ringing up the line customers. When they were all gone, I waved to the other girl and when they were done talking to the line cook, she told the cashier you have someone waiting. The person behind me walked out. The cashier said to the other girl, “the order is not ready yet.” I received a text 2 minutes after the promise time that it was ready and stood there an additional 6 minutes…she walked slowly to the back and I saw her grab two bags that were there the entire time. I just wish you could remove the tip after the fact. I will NEVER return to this location.

I’ve eaten Chipotle numerous times without any problems…But CMON MAN. They ran out of rice, chicken, and guacamole. Plus, their attitude was like “whatever dude”. Bunch of teenagers messing around with bad management. I won’t go back until they have a new staff. Totally unprofessional.

Ordered burrito bowl with Sofritos & Fajita Veggies. White rice was badly undercooked (crunchy)…no sofritos were included. Fajita veggies barely cooked at all. Best thing about the bowl was chili corn salsa. Absolutely not worth the price.

Literally watched the dude give the men before me twice the portion size cause I’m a girl. If that’s not discrimination I don’t know what is. The steak is also very chewy. Fat in every other bite.

Not sure what has happened to Chipotle but the portion size at the folsom location is horrible especially around 9pm. It seems they didn’t want to put new hot food out with an hour and 30 min left. I ordered a chicken burrito bowl with grilled chicken and the girl seemed irritated that I wanted chicken so she went in the back got a salsa cup full of chicken I asked for more cuz it was like 8 pieces of chicken and she said I have to charge you double. I’m not smart but I just watched her take the big spoon of el pastor chicken qhich is at least double the portion of a salsa cup that was right next to the empty grilled chicken I just shook my head paid and left.

Seeing a trend with the quality of Chipotle going downhill, this location is no exception. It used to take 5 minutes to get through if there were only a few people in line and now it’s closer to 10-15. We tried online ordering ahead and got what appeared to be half servings.

I ordered a two burrito bowls with double meat online to pick up in store, and this is what I got when I opened the bowls at home. 100% not worth the money spent on this. Extremely disappointed with my service. There would have been more meat in a single serving if I had gone through the line in the store, but I assumed I would get the same level of service ordering online. I won’t make that mistake again.

I wanted to send a message to complain but do not see anywhere to do this. But I was very disappointed tonight when I ordered 2 burrito bowls – got to the end of the line and was told there was no lettuce. Why wasn’t I told this before so I could’ve ordered differently or gone across the street for my favorite tostada. No sign on the door and when I went to buy lettuce at the closest grocery store (Easter Eve when it’s very busy) , I was told by the grocery store cashier that you were out of lettuce at lunch time too.
