Arrived today at 10:50am and they were still CLOSED. I am writing this at 11:23am and they still have not opened. They allowed a lady with a company order to pick up her order but kept the doors locked so no one else could get in. The people in there photos have been waiting since 10:50am and so many people left in the mean time bc they probably had jobs to get to. I don’t know who the general manager of this location is but it’s NOT the first or second time they’ve opened LATE AF! This is just the first time I’m taking pics and posting about because… DO BETTER!!!

This chipotle location has bigger portions from the ones I have visited in the past. Enough chips for 3 on the big bag. I have asked for extra broth and they did not hesitate to do so. I liked the service and the cleanliness of the restaurant. Over all I will definitely come back and of course recommended.

if i could give 0 stars i would. horrible customer service and didn’t even have sour cream?? the customer in front of me asked for sour cream and immediately got cut off by the nasty female worker as she said “NOPE”. terrible people they have working here. my food was cold and uncooked, along with unappetizing. the manager needs to do better with the people they employ and the way they handle things.

Recently stopped going here after showing up when they’re supposed to open at 10:45 and they literally watched me standing there for 10 minutes. Didn’t say a word then put up a sign saying they weren’t opening until 11:30. Also they run out of chicken and fajitas every 5 minutes. Save yourself a bad chipotle trip and go to Southport

its been real bad recently. I got a bowl, the guys not listening to my choices and put random salsa on my bowl, the fajitas were raw, and the lettuce was wilted and turning pink. Overall very chaotic, messy, and unprofessional.

NEVER COME HERE, EVER!!!!!! I paid for my extra chicken and I didn’t get anything, made it veggies only. I would’ve been ok if they fixed but when I asked I got the worst attitude ever. For the money you spend, you’d expect for it to be also a least a full bowl, STINGY!!! I want my money back

Avoid this store like the plague. I’m a big Chipotle fan, and this store is an abomination. I’ve gone there three times in the last month and my order wasn’t remotely accurate any of the three orders (ordered in app). They’ve managed to go 0/3 just on accuracy of every order which is almost impressive. Forgotten items, bowl instead of burrito, inaccurate proteins, the store is also disgusting from a cleanliness standpoint, and they have not been on time once for my pickup order. Pretty horrific location. Not much else to say.
